Parent's Choice

We have only praise for Aaron Black and his representation of our son, who was charged with two separate counts of drug possession, one as a minor. Knowing that Arizona has tough drug laws, we could not get past the "doom and gloom" of the situation. After spending several days researching attorne...ys and speaking with a few, Aaron was our choice. He answered all our questions and was always straight-forward, yet kind, and never condescending. He even answered all the legal scenarios with which we presented him. Our son both liked and respected Aaron. On court dates, he was with our son the whole way, explaining every step as it happened. Luckily, our sons' outcome was positive, and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aaron Black to anyone who asks.

Attorney to have on your side.

I was charged with a DUI, I had hired one attorney and they basically told me to just accept what the prosecutor was offering. I felt that this was not the right decision based on my circumstances and decided to release this attorney and research another that would fight for me. I found Aaron Black a...nd proceeded to contact him. He took the time to listen to me even before I hired him on as my counsel. Once he was engaged he actively pursued information from the police and prosecutor. He identified two issues with the prosecutor’s case and proceeded to pursue a lesser offense. When it was all said and done my DUI was reduced to a non-DUI offense. This was a satisfactory result that included less fines and no interlock. My experience with Aaron Black was very good and I would recommend him to anyone of my friends.

Very knowledgable, professional, and outstanding work on my case !!

I was charged with aggrevated DUI and contacted Aaron Black for information we spoke and he even called me back a couple times before I actually hired him. When you call him you speak to him not another person taking messages which I was impressed with. I had a warrant also at the time which he was ...able to get it quashed and got me a personal recognizance bond so I could maintain my employment which was one of my many concerns. I mistakenly missed a court date and he took care of everything for me allowing me to remain on bond. He was very accepting in working with me on a payment plan as I didn't have the money all at once. He kept me updated every time he heard something and/or if I had any questions got back to me in a timely manner informing me that I could contact him anytime. During the case he found a flaw in the grand jury part causing them to dismiss it with possible chance for re-file though but was happy he still caught that because it made me feel that he was very attentive/alert on my case and not just a number like the courts make you feel. I would highly recommend Aaron Black to everyone and anyone....

Responsive, Trustworthy, Informative and Reliable Attorney

I was recently charged with an DUI and my friend recommended Attorney Aaron Black. Through out the whole process, Aaron was very professional and explained every part of the process, keept me informed and answered my questions in an extremely timely manner. He really cared about my case and my DUI w...as reduced to a civil driving violation. I would highly recommend his service to any one going through this process.

The only attorney I'd call

I employed Mr. Black as my attorney for a DUI case. I did not win the case, yet I fully recommend Mr. Black based on the following reasons: 1. He was always willing to call or email detailed responses to the many questions that I raised. He would typically call or email the same day or the follow...ing day. 2. His response time was incredibly fast, and made me feel like I was his most important client, even though I knew he was working on cases that carried more serious charges. 3. He is an excellent communicator considering listening skills, ability to establish rapport with those on "the other side" of your case. 4. He fully explored and explained every available option to me throughout the legal process. 5. He took time to meet with me when it was convenient for me (including one Saturday). 6. He was able to negotiate a reduction in charges with the prosecutor in the final moments of a hearing, before the judge rendered a verdict. 7. He really cared about my case. I wasn't just a case number to him. While I do not plan to ever have the need for an attorney of this nature again, if the need arose, the only attorney I would use is Mr. Black.
