Honest and very responsive

My son had moved from MI to AZ and was unfortunate enough to receive a DUI that included numerous civil infractions. As a parent located in MI I obviously was worried. I chose Mr. Black based on reviews and hoped that they were accurate. I found Mr. Black to be compassionate, trustworthy, informa...tive and responsive in a timely manner. He definitely had my sons best interest at heart. In the end he was able to negotiate the minimal plea and guided my son throughout this ordeal. As a parent I highly recommend Mr. Black after seeing how he handled this case. He promptly responds to every e-mail and phone call and went out of his way to make this as easy and painless for both my son and myself. We were blessed to have Mr. Black represent us and I highly recommend him to anyone who may require an honest and hardworking attorney.

Above and Beyond

Having never even been to the principle's office as a kid, when I was charged with a misdemeanor DUI several months ago, it was undoubtedly the scariest event of my life. Aaron provided a level of comfort and security, with his knowledge, honesty about the reality and gravity of my case, and his pro...fessionalism. What I found most comforting was that he made himself available and communicated anytime I had questions, fears, or doubts, whether by phone, text, or email, and kept me informed on all court documentation and communications. He even went above and beyond, and not only contacted my profession's state board to find out what I needed to do for them, and how it would affect my career, but also communicated on my behalf with a car dealership, when I was trying to purchase a new vehicle while my driver's liscense had been suspended. My case could not have turned out better, and I would highly recommend Aaron Black to anyone in need of a DUI attorney!

Most accessible attorney in town!

In my opinion, Mr. Black is one of the most professional lawyers in town! My son was charged with a DUI. Mr. Black was very knowledgeable in the current laws. He told us what we needed to do, when we needed to do it by and what would happen if we did not complete these things items prior to our co...urt date. He made sure all the loose ends were tied prior to accepting a plead and explained to us the consequences of taking that plea. Most impressive was his availability and responsiveness. Every time we either emailed or called, we got a response from Mr. Black within a few minutes. He is on the ball and ready to answer the simplest questions without legalese or hourly rate. Mr. Black one of the hardest and most honest working attorneys in town. He takes a personal interest in his client. I would come back to him if the need ever arose and would recommend him without hesitation.

Extreme DUI Reduced to Reckless Driving

In January 2013, I totaled my car and was charged with an Extreme DUI. Thus began my search for a lawyer. I was not sure that a lawyer could even help with my case due to the issues (blood was taken, car accident, off duty police officer as a witness). After reading all the great reviews and meeting ...with him about my case, I decided to hire Aaron. This was a great decision! When I hired Aaron, he was very upfront and honest about the difficulties in reducing my charges due to the circumstances. He assured me that he would investigate all issues in my case for the best possible outcome. Aaron was able to find issues with the way my blood was collected and negotiated a plea of Reckless Driving! I went from an Extreme DUI to Reckless Driving thanks to Aaron! No DUI on my record, No suspended license from the DMV, no interlock on my car. During the whole process, Aaron was always available for any questions I had with the case. I never had to wait very long for a response. He totally put me at ease and kept me informed of everything I needed to do during this legal process. Even after the plea was taken, Aaron followed up with detailed steps I needed to complete in order to put this ordeal behind me. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone! Thank you Aaron!

Best lawyer ever!!!

My husband and I hired Aaron after my husband received a DUI at the beginning of July. Aaron was amazing from the first phone call till the end of our case. He was always available via text email and phone anytime and was always great about answering any questions we had. My husband is not a citizen ...Aaron helped us find and immigration lawyer to speak with about our DUI case to make sure my husband wouldn't be deported. My husband ended up not doing a single day in jail thanks to aaron getting him time served for the hours he did spend in jail and 9 days suspended for the DUI classes he suggested daniel take. Aaron was the most amazing attorney I have ever worked with hopefully I won't ever need an attorney again but if I do I definitely know who we are calling.
