Awesome

Aaron is amazing! he was super friendly and knowledgable about everything. He walked me through everything step by step and made everything very easy to understand. He is always available and put 100% into my case! I highly recommend him! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing Lawyer!! Facing 2nd DUI

I feel so fortunate to have had Aaron Black defend me on my possible second DUI. Right away you could see he really understood the process extremely well. And was able to explain things very clearly- what to expect and how things could go. I was completely confident in him the whole time. He thor...oughly investigated my case. And was able to save me from a 2nd time DUI- dismissed and pled down to reckless driving. Saved me from an interlock device for 12 months, well over $2000, 30 hours of community service, and 30 days in jail. Even the judge said you are going to be happy with this deal. Michael Black really helped me in a grim situation. And I'm very happy that he represented me- I can't thank him enough.

I appreciate the time yo took to fill out a review. We knew we had a case when I was able to nail down the cop at the MVD hearing. We were able to use those statements when negotiating the DUI. Even the judge realized what a sweet deal we got!

If you have a DUI, hire Aaron Black.

I contacted Aaron after my DUI. He responded immediately and set up a meeting the next day (on a Saturday). Aaron clearly explained the process, likely outcomes, and fees. He investigated every aspect of the case, responded immediately to every one of my calls/texts/e-mails along the way, and took... care of all of the details and court appearances so I only had to appear for the final judgement. Aaron was able to get me credit for time served (24 hr) with the additional 9 days waived (with 1-day alcohol class), no probation, and a significantly reduced fine. It was the best possible outcome thanks to Aaron's experience and knowledge. I will also say he was compassionate and encouraging through what was a very difficult experience for me. The best legal decision I've ever made was hiring Aaron.

Excellent DUI Lawyer

Receiving a DUI was a mistake I wish I could erase. It has been a long and traumatic experience for me. I called Aaron the night after my arrest expecting a voicemail since it was after hours - nope, Aaron answered the phone. He immediately started asking me questions about my arrest. He then told m...e what was going to happen to me - no sugar coating! I figured if I’m this screwed with a lawyer then things could be worst without one. After a day of thinking, I hired Aaron. I am so thankful I made the decision to have Aaron by my side. He was always available and answered all of my questions. Aaron told me everything I should get done before sentencing. Aaron went to court multiple times on my behalf asking for continuances so I had time to get everything done. On the day of my sentencing, Aaron stood by my side when facing the judge. What a relief it was to have him with me. Aaron requested early release from my one day in jail. Since I had everything done prior going to court, it put the judge in a good mood. The judge honered the early release request. I then said thank you and goodbye to Aaron, thinking it would be the last time seeing him. When entering processing at the county jail I was refused admission due to missing information on my paperwork. I had to go back to court to get it fixed. The second time I went to jail I was refused again for high blood pressure. Aaron went to court with me the next day and requested “time served” since I had went through processing twice. The judge at the time refused the request. The following week Aaron and I saw the judge that sentenced me. This judge considered it time served. No jail for me! Thank you Aaron.

Fantastic Lawyer

After being charged with a super extreme DUI, I immediately began to review and meet with lawyers. Many I met with or spoke to did nothing to ease my anxiety or made outlandish claims of getting me off with something equating to a slap on the wrist. Aaron Black was very up front and realistic, incred...ibly knowledgable, and left me feeling confident he was the lawyer for me. I hired him after our consultation and am incredibly happy I did. He was able to keep my DUI from becoming a felony, keep me from having to serve a mandatory 48 hours in jail, and save me a substantial amount in court fees. All this was amazing and more than I could have hoped for. I would hire him again and will refer him to anyone who may require the services he provides. Through the entire case, he was friendly, knowledgeable, explained every step of the process, and took care of all paperwork and court appearances he could on my behalf.
