Excellent DUI lawyer

I was terrified when i got my DUI and thought my life was over. The best decision i made was hiring Aaron. He was very efficient, was able to walk me through the process and was always available for questions. I highly highly recommend.

First time offense/Incredible DUI Lawyer

I highly recommend Aaron Black as a DUI lawyer! I was pulled over in Gilbert, AZ and was charged with a DUI in Jan 2022 and with no prior convictions I was stressed out no knowing what to do. When I did my research online and went through 3 different consultations with Criminal defense attorneys, the... one that stood out was Aaron with his vast knowledge & experience in handling DUI cases. He was able to educate me on the whole process from A-Z during our consultation and provide me with the confidence to represent me. I was charged with a regular DUI and he was able to dismiss my probation, reduce my fines, Jail time and dismiss my SR-22 insurance as well. He also checked up on me to make sure I had all my classes and paperwork finished throughout the timeline. Even after the case was settled, he was still communicating with me on finishing up the last bits and pieces with paperwork and deadlines. I highly recommend Aaron for any criminal defense cases and/or DUI related cases.

BEST DUI LAWYER IN AZ

The night before Christmas Eve I stupidly decided to make a horrible decision to drink & drive. I was terrified and paranoid about what was going to happen seeing as AZ is the harshest state when it comes to DUIs. I was involved in a wrong way head on collision and my BAC was a .28 , well above the l...imit . After dealing with all the aftermath the police took me home and I went to the hospital. It was Christmas Eve by then and I was freaking out because who would help me on a holiday like this ? I read so many reviews so many different places and thank God Mr. Black was my first choice . I left a message and not even an hour later did I get a call from him . ON CHRISTMAS EVE! My case clearly wasn’t easy and I’m pretty sure I got annoying with all the anxiety and questions but he definitely helped me and kept me calm with the answers the whole duration of the hearings . I only had to go to one hearing and that was my sentencing . Taking my classes I was court ordered there were numerous attendees who mentioned after their sentencing their lawyer disappeared. Mine did not & will still be around after my interlock time is over ! I was facing felony charges and 4 years in prison . I ended up with 3 days in jail (only 32 hours thankfully) ankle monitor for 13 days , 36 hours of dui classes , & a super extreme dui (misdemeanor).I couldn’t have asked for a better sentencing ! Mr.Black is your guy !

Aaron is hands down the best lawyer I could have chosen after I was stupid enough to get in the car after having had too much to drink. I had an extreme DUI that he was able to get reduced to a regular DUI. I was extremely ashamed, and very nervous about what was laying ahead of me. I googled at t...alked to 3 different lawyers before I chose Aaron. He was the only one that seemed genuinely interested, and told me in detail how he would handle it and what I could expect out of the process I was entering. I was very disturbed about the whole ordeal, but it really helped that Aaron was so accessible and that he took time to calm me down and talk through all my questions. There is no front office so you will only talk to Aaron, and if he is in court or a meeting, he will call you back later the same day. I will highly recommend Aaron Black. You might regret a lot of choices you made in, you WILL NOT regret going with Aaron.

Brilliant! Astounding! Exceptional! Well respected by peers, prosecutors, judges. I am thrilled.. I truly feel like he saved my life!
