This is a Professional!

Aaron is a professional in every sense of the word. First week in November I was charged with an Extreme DUI. This being the first charge I have received, my primary focus once released was to find a professional. I DOVE into the internet. Multiple review sites, blogs, and social media. Time and agin... Aarons name arose. Accounts boasting terms as "excellent", "exceptional", " professional ", "informative" excetra. Aaron reached out to me within an hour of request first words being "I am walking into court and wanted to make sure we can schedule a time to meet". SOLD. Aaron met with me a day or so following and broke down exactly what I had been charged with. He was able to provide every resource I would need to ensure my peace of mind. I walked away from our meeting in a place of complete comfort. I knew I would be working with in my opinion the best. Aaron assured that if I ever had any questions she would be a text, call, or email away. And so it was. Consistent communication with little to no time to worry. One of our last communications I received read "OUR case (As Aaron would so professionally state) has been dismissed". Our case was 3 and a half short weeks after I had been charged. Who else could I ever recommend than Aaron Black.

Great Lawyer

Aaron was very helpful through the difficult time I faced. He was extremely responsive always keeping in touch with me. He was very good at keeping me informed each step of the way. I was very distraught at first after making the silly mistake but in consulting Aaron, I felt more at ease and very com...fortable with him by my side. He did everything right and got me the best deal he could even after rejecting the plea offer and having an evidentiary hearing, I was still able to get the minimum. Overall great experience and I am thankful I was able to have him represent me in my case.

Can't say enough nice things about Aaron Black!

This was my 1st time in trouble so I knew I needed a lawyer for my DUI. What I didn't realize was how invaluable a lawyer could be. Aaron is so knowledgeable with AZ DUI laws and has a lot of resources (ie: blood analysts) that I felt completely comfortable with him handling my case. It has been a... whirlwind of fighting the court system for almost a year (10 months) and I don't know what I'd do without him. He is always available and definitely put me at ease as much as he could. I couldn't recommend a smarter, or nicer, lawyer.

Thank you, Max! This was a long hard fight. After a full blown hearing with experts, we were able to get what we wanted. Our efforts go to show that it pays to make sure all information in a case is reviewed. The prosecution dropped the ball and we were able to benefit form it. However, the prosecution was never going to tell us. We had to find it.

I recommend Aaron highly!

I was charged with an extreme DUI over the summer and after quite a bit of research I chose Aaron. He came with a stellar reputation and the costs were reasonable. He made the the process as painless as it could be. He was able to reduce the charge down to a regular DUI, argue credit for time served ...so I had ZERO jail time and was available whenever I had questions about the case. He always kept me up to date and was very clear about what I needed to do on my end to work through this. Thank you again, Aaron.

Great guy to have on your side!

I was charged with an extreme DUI with a BAC over .20. This was my first time being in any real trouble and DUI's in Arizona are scary as hell! Aaron was readily available all the time, the whole time! I made my case pretty hard to fight as I admitted to drinking and my blood came back so high. I kne...w I would be dealing with jail time, ignition interlock, etc. Aaron got me the minimal in everything and was always on top of every detail! I only had to show up to one court date (to accept my plea bargain) which he thoroughly explained to me before hand. I got 3 days in jail of which 48 hours had to be continuous and then I was released for work and had to return for only 2 hours. Currently wearing my continuous alcohol monitor for 11 days which doesn't include any house arrest just no drinking. I'd say I'm pretty happy with the outcome of my dumb decision to drink and drive after the stories I heard in tent city. Hire Aaron if you want someone to keep on top of ALL of the annoying things you need to get done after your DUI!
