Highly Recommend

Aaron worked hard to plea down my DUI charge to a Reckless Driving charge. I considered representing myself in this case, which would have been a BIG mistake. It's worth every penny to hire an experienced attorney like Aaron. My license is not suspended, no jail time, and I can move on with my life.... I hired Aaron after reading his reviews. I wanted an attorney that was responsive and experienced. Aaron delivered on both! I really appreciated his extremely quick response times. That’s the sign of A+ service in my opinion. I'd recommend Aaron to anyone in need of legal representation.

If you are here reading through these reviews, you have come to the right place! I know the feeling all too well. I was here back in September when I received my first DUI. Like everyone else I was trying to find the best lawyer, along with a review that was similar to my situation to see what their ...final outcome was. I knew it was a long shot, but it was the only thing that would calm me down. After I realized that I would not find a review similar to my situation, I figured Aaron must be doing something right with all these 5 star reviews and lengthy testimonials. I was passed out in my car on a two way street in Paradise Valley. The car was in park, but I was not pulled off to the side of the road. I woke up to the police knocking on my window, I was half asleep and did not know where I was, I was speaking gibberish and landed myself in jail after I refused the FST and PBT. I then refused to give my breath at the police station, which then required a warrant for my blood to be drawn. It wasn't until the MVD hearing in December, when we received the blood results from the arresting officer. I ended up having a BAC of .13 and knew that I would be charged with a regular DUI. When I first called Aaron and explained my situation, he told me flat out that I had a bad case... It wasn't what I wanted to hear, but I appreciated his honesty/bluntness. I had a trip planned to Europe later that month and I was freaking out that I was going to miss my trip due to court hearings and letters in the mail. Aaron assured me that I would be fine and that he would take care of all the paperwork and file any extensions if needed. All I had to do was show up to court twice, once for MVD and once for the State. I witnessed Aaron's attention to detail and professionalism when we showed up to the MVD hearing. I was amazed with his note taking when the officer was giving his side of the story. Then, Aaron fired off many questions in my defense and it made me feel very secure/comfortable. Like oh sh*t, this is what I paid for. Thank god! Aaron is the man. (All those thoughts went through my head as I was sitting there.) I also felt like I had the best lawyer when we were in the waiting room, there was another lawyer talking to Aaron and asking him questions about a law as if Aaron was the expert. Aaron is organized, punctual, straight forward, always prepared and seemed to be readily available, if he wasn't available he would literally get back to me as soon as he could. We butted heads a couple times, but I never took anything personal. I knew he was coming from a good place and trying to help me through this crappy situation. I thought Aaron could have responded/spoke to me in a different "tone" at times, but I recognized that he wasn't there to be my best friend or mommy me. He was there to protect me and help me get my life back to normal. I was honestly dreading writing this review, because I knew there was a lot to say. Its the least I could do for Aaron, he's an amazing attorney and I would highly recommend him. We attempted to get a reckless driving charge during the plea agreement, but we settled for no jail time. I was very excited knowing that I did not have to go serve the mandatory 1 day in jail. Aaron was able to get me credit for time served for the 4.5 hours that I was at the P.V. station. I knew a couple people who were recently in this same situation and I asked them about their lawyers, but I couldn't pass on Aaron after reading all of these solid reviews. Thank you Aaron!

Proficient, Honest and responsive

Since the moment that I met him . He explained to me my situation and what was the plan to resolve it. He always answered my calls when I didn't understand some information from the court. I didn't have to present on court until got the best solution from the judge. I highly recommend him. Thank A...aron for helping .

Breath of Fresh Air

Mr. Aaron Black was awesome! I was reffered to him by a family friend when I needed an attorney to fight my misdemeanor charge for allegedly violating an order of protection. I contacted Aaron the week before Christmas 2015 and sure enough I met with him the day after Christmas to review my case! I a...ppreciated that he was available and took time away from his family to assist and represent me! Throughout the process he was very professional, upbeat and personable! I explained my situation and he then explained all of my possible outcomes while assuring me he would get me the best deal considering all circumstances, but of course fighting for charges to be dropped/dismissed. All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I especially loved that he would call before a court date to remind me of the date and time. My mind is on other important things like my children and newborn twins so a courtesy call meant so much and didn't go unnoticed. It's the little things that can count the most! Aaron certainly got me the results I was looking for! During my case I was denied a diversion from 3 different prosecutors. Aaron never gave up and finally negotiated a diversion plan. No misdemeanor, no probation, no jail time! I highly recommend Aaron Black to anyone who is needing a professional, straight forward, prompt, successful defense lawyer to fight their case! Other Lawyers call on Aaron Black with their DUI’s, Shouldn’t You?

When I was arrested for my second extreme DUI, I was facing a total of 120 day jail with 24 days served at tent city and 96 days of home arrest. Along with court fees in excess of 10k. I knew I needed a great lawyer fast. After talking with multiple lawyers, one lawyer told me if he got a DUI he woul...d call Aaron Black. That’s good enough for me! When I called Aaron he answered the phone right away and answered all my questions. Aaron is also very tech savvy with text messaging and picture messaging making communication with court documents very fast and easy. Aaron got the prosecutor to drop the my extreme DUI to a regular DUI and lowered the jail time to 50 days with only 10 days in tent city and 40 days of home arrest. Saving me lots of jail time and thousands of dollars in courts fees. I highly recommend Aaron Black for all your DUI related issues.
