25 yr old Failure to appear/DUI charge

25 yrs ago while on business in Phoenix I was stopped for DUI. I lived out of state and needless to say did not appear to face the music for 25 yrs. Not until I tried to renew my state's driver's license and was denied did I know I needed legal help ! After research including AVVO I found Aaron. He w...as able to get warrant squashed and helped get my drivers license back. I never had to go back to AZ cause Aaron was able to represent me in absentia. He got the DUI and failure to appear dropped and I pled to reckless driving.Also got my bond refunded ! Aaron always answered my calls and emails asap. I highly recommend Aaron for legal counsel !

Out of State Reduced DUI Charge from Extreme to Regular

Aaron Black did an excellent job negotiating my Extreme DUI case down to a regular DUI. I was visiting Scottsdale from out of state on a business trip when I was arrested and charged with Extreme DUI. Aaron not only was able to reduce the charge but also worked with the prosecutor to manage the ...jail time and home arrest issues. I ultimately was sentenced to three days in Jail (actually spent 40 hours), extreme DUI fines, and no additional home arrest. Going through the process and talking to others while in tent city, I realized that the deal Aaron had negotiated was in fact the best deal. I talked to several individuals with similar experiences and charges that did not get nearly as good of deal. Aaron did a great job listening to my issues and reviewing my case and explaining the alternatives with me. Had I lived Arizona, I would have felt completely comfortable not taking the plea agreement and going to trial with Aaron. My sister is a prosecutor, I reviewed Aaron’s recommendations and advice with her, she agreed with all of Aaron’s assessments and recommendation. It’s difficult to trust a stranger out of state with such an important issue, Aaron did a great job.

A+ Attorney

Aaron is very knowledged on the law's regarding DUI offenses. He was always available whether for office visits or by telephone. Aaron did everything he could for me and got me the best results possible for my case. He was able to work with the court to accommodate my schedule and allow me to work t...hrough the whole process. Attorney of the year award goes to....

I had some trouble with the law, and was looking for an attorney to help me and my family through all of the court processes. Aaron Black went above and beyond to help us out. He advised and backed us through the whole case and helped us interpret the legal jargon that we would probably overlook. He ...is very knowledgeable and cares about his clients very much. If I ever have a friend in the future that needs an attorney, I know exactly who I'm going to recommend.

Didn't think Aaron could possibly live up to these review - but he did!

I think its pretty uncommon to find the same thing being said about one person if it wasn't true. Everyone seems to agree that Mr. Black is the attorney you should use, and I agree completely. Arizona laws are very strict and I like most folks on this site was stopped and was charged with DUI... (1st Time Misdemeanor). I blew a .12 and my BAC was .149 according to my blood test. Not much I could do, and Aaron advised me as such. He told me to complete my classes and what to do before our court case to look the best to the court. I plead guilty and was given credit for my night in jail as time served and he suspended the other 9 days. All in all, not a bad experience. Like everyone has mentioned, Aaron personally gets back to you immediately. He follows up relentlessly, and reminds you of anything that you may have to do or comply with. He knew everyone in court and seems well liked by everyone, even the judge. You don't need to hire a brutally expensive lawyer when you can get the best for a reasonable price. Hire him!
