DUI Defense

Early this year I found myself in the unenviable position of being charged with a DUI, needless to say, it was a frightening experience that left me desperate for a lawyer to help me deal with the DUI. Fortunately, I was able seek advice from an old friend that was a long-time Phoenix lawyer and now... a judge. They recommend that I contact Aaron Black. From the beginning Aaron impressed me with his experience and knowledge of the law and just as importantly his demeanor. Aaron calmly explained the complicated DUI processes and my options in a manner that was easily understandable. Throughout the processes of dealing with the DUI, Aaron kept me informed and was always available to answer my questions. All my calls, emails and texts where answered quickly (almost immediately), which gave me great confidence in his representation. In the end, Aaron got my DUI reduced to reckless driving, no jail time, no interlock, my fine reduced by $1,000.00 and even convinced the judge not to put me on probation. To put it succinctly, Aaron got the job done. Aaron is a great lawyer and a good person; I cannot recommend him more highly. If you find yourself facing a DUI charge, you need to call Aaron Black.

SO HAPPY I WENT WITH AARON

contacted about 8-10 different lawyer after a DUI. Aaron Black was one of the lawyers I contacted. When talking to Aaron for the consultation, he answered ALL my questions and was very honest about the outcome after i described my situation. He was one of the only lawyers that didn't tell me what I ...wanted to hear to just get my money. He was very genuine and empathetic but also didn't sugar coat things (which I appreciated). I asked MANY questions and he ALWAYS got back to me within 30min-1 hour. He called me whenever I needed it and helped me through the process. He made the court process less stressful by helping me step by step and describing everything in detail. All you have yo do is listen and follow the steps that he guides you to follow and he will take care of the rest! He kept in contact with everything going on. He was able to get me absolutely no jail time. He is very easy to communicate with as well, I never felt embarrassed or nervous talking to him. He talked to me like a human which I also appreciated. So many lawyers talk to you as if you were just another client or money sign and that was NEVER the case with Aaron. He gave me a great outcome in court and took care of all the work for me causing less stress for me. Also mentioning his preparedness, he was ALWAYS on time to court and due dates. Very knowledgeable and answered every question. This was a very difficult low point in life and Aaron took the stress and worry off my shoulders. Id be so happy to recommend him to others!

Aaron was BEYOND what I expected

I recently put myself in a bad situation after getting arrested for a DUI in Phoenix as an out of state resident. BAC 0.17 at the scene and BAC 0.19 at the station. I had no idea what to expect and was suddenly faced with some horrible consequences. I began researching and looking at reviews of lawye...rs in the area and came across Aaron Black. I explained my situation and he instantly told me what the reality was likely to be once everything was finalized. Which was a sudden relief and when we finalized HE WAS COMPLETELY RIGHT. Through the whole process,every question I had would be answered by Aaron within minutes. This made the worrying of situations instantly better. Aaron was beyond what I expected for keeping in contact and I found this to be HUGE being an out of state resident. My end results was -Jail for a few hours -Home arrest for 7 days -Court fines -36 hours of Dui classes -Interlock in my vehicle for 12+ months The jail for a few hours was a life saver for me resulting in me being able to keep my employment,fines and realistically not being in jail. Even as a first time offender, I could be looking at 30+ days for an extreme DUI. Another suggestion Aaron Black made was to not test my blood taken from the station due to the fact that if my 0.19 blood came back higher that would push me into the 0.20 (super extreme DUI) which I agreed was definitely something I wanted to stay away from. When I was finalized in court,the judge also said to Aaron and I that it was good we did not test the blood due to possibility of putting myself into a WAY worse situation. To anyone considering Aaron Black. I can not thank him enough for all his of his help and how calming he made this horrible situation. I would BEYOND recommend him for anyone caught in a rough scenario and I couldn't have imagined this going as smooth as it did with anyone else.

Exceeded my Expectations

Aaron Black is an outstanding lawyer!! I originally found Aaron off of Google as one of the top lawyers in the area, so I reached out to him. He was very easy to talk to and I previously consulted with a few other lawyers but my consult with Aaron was much different from the other lawyers. My firs...t time meeting Aaron he was beyond prepared and printed out many pages of the legal statues and highlighted parts that would be relevant to my case, he was ready to help me win this case which was a huge deciding factor for me choosing for him to be my lawyer, and I could not be more satisfied with my decision. My case was for possession of fake id's and an MIP, and Aaron saved me from any convictions! He did research and proved that the cop illegally arrested me so my whole case got dismissed! He got me out of a 1 year license suspension, and was able to save me from both convictions. With that being said, I got diversion and my case is now dismissed. He was willing to help me, was always prepared, and had amazing communication with me throughout this whole process. Aaron did an outstanding job and I would recommend him to anyone!

Highly recommend !

I am from out of state. I received a super extreme DUI in Goodyear. I was working on a 2 month project in the area working 7 days a week. I heard of Aaron from a local working on my project as well as a family member in the area. Not only did Aaron handle everything so that I never missed any work he... was able to work a deal to reduce my charge to an extreme DUI. He also worked it so that I only did 2 days of jail time. Not only that but he was well aware that if I went to jail at 10pm I’d be out the next day. From this guidance my jail time was only about 6 hours! I never want to be in a situation like this again but if I was I would want Aaron involved in the case. The worry I had about bring from out of state was alieviated because of his knowledge and ability to walk me through all of the process. Rob from NY
