Best DUI Attorney, hands down!

I got in trouble with a serious DUI charge and didn't know where to look for a good lawyer. In searching the internet I found that Aaron had amazing reviews. I was skeptical at first and didn't believe anyone could actually live up to such great reviews, but I decided to give him a call to see for my...self. I can honestly tell you that Aaron 110% lives up to his 5 star reviews! I was facing an Extreme DUI along with 6 other charges that could have resulted in a lot of jail time, along with a huge amount of fines. Aaron was on the case from the moment I called him and worked hard for the best possible outcome. I was always informed by him with the progress of my case and what to expect. The end result of my case was great compared to what I was initially facing. He got me a deal to have the Extreme DUI dropped down to a regular DUI, I only had to spend 1 day in jail, and my fines were greatly reduced, saving me thousands of dollars and a lot of potential jail time. Aaron told me not to worry and just live my life because he's got this. He really did, and I was able to be calm and stress free during the whole process. It's hard to even put a price on all the worry and anxiety that he saved me! On top of the court dealings, he also helps you through the whole process with the MVD and keeping your ability to drive legally. Thanks to him I did not have to deal with any suspension on my license and could continue driving the entire time. That is invaluable and helped my be able to live my life normally. Do not hesitate to call Aaron if you find yourself in a situation facing a DUI. You will not regret it! Thank you so much for everything you did for me and my family, Aaron!!

HIRE HIM! Saved me from jail and license revocation.

DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHER! I found myself in a position a few months ago, much like yourself now, looking on the internet for “Best DUI attorney in Scottsdale” I had already left a few messages with attorneys when I came across Aaron Black. His reviews were great, and I was impressed with everything I r...ead. He was my 3rd call on a Saturday morning, the night after my accident where I was charged with an Extreme DUI. After I left him a message, I was confident that I wanted to work with him but assumed the previous attorneys I called would reach out first. Aaron called me within the hour. I told him that I had a previous DUI within 8 years in another state and that I was scared to death. I could not go to jail. He agreed to meet me with my husband the following day, on a SUNDAY, and go over everything with me. Aaron broke down worst case and best case for me, explained each charge, and what we were up against. I was drinking and driving and hit a car almost head on. The situation was not good for me. Still, I felt confident that I hired the right attorney to handle this. He was straightforward and spoke with confidence, unpretentious and non-judgmental. Fast forward to now, 3 months later. I met Aaron in court feeling fully prepared, he walked me through everything. I did not get 120 days in jail. I received 2 days, which is overnight essentially so not 48 hours, and 7 days home detention. All other charges were dismissed. Aaron was able to prevent my prior from being filed, was able to prevent a felony charge for driving the wrong way, and all other traffic charges were dismissed. I also received the minimum driving restriction possible. This was huge for me. When facing 120 days in jail and having a felony hanging over your head, driving privilege potentially revoked for a year, I could not have wished for a better outcome. If you find yourself in this situation or even if it’s a regular DUI, hire him. Not to mention, during the classes I had to take (not getting out of this) anytime I was asked who my attorney was, I was told I had hired one of the best. This came up multiple times which again made me feel in good hands. Being charged with a DUI is very scary, overwhelming and it can feel hopeless. Having Aaron as my attorney was the best decision I could have made. Do not let anyone tell you that you don’t need an attorney. You do. Hiring him will ensure the best outcome for you.

If your reading these reviews then you need a very good attorney - LOOK NO FURTHER - you have found the best - My case started out as an Felony Aggravated DUI after speaking and meeting with Aaron Black I knew I had the r...ight attorney. Aaron was able to get the Aggravated DUI Reduced to a regular misdemeanor DUI as the case moved forward Aaron hired an expert who had my blood retested and it came back below 0.8 he then pursued and was able to get even that charge reduced to a reckless driving - virtually unheard of and very unlikely to happen in The Mesa Court System - Because of this reduction in charges my fine was only 750.00 dollars with no jail time no interlock device to be installed , no community service no DUI on my record -Truly an Amazing Outcome compared to what I was facing. Aaron will tell you how it is what your facing don’t let this scare you he will fight for you ! In court Aaron knew the judge and a few other attorneys and I could tell he was well respected.
