Highly Recommend!!

I was charged with a DUI but it took 8 months to get me the paperwork to formally charge me. The first thing I did after I was arrested was research attorneys. I did a lot of research throughout the 8 months and met with 5 law firms to discuss my options. Mr. Black was very communicative compared to ...all the other attorneys and was the one that I felt had my best interest in mind so I decided to choose him to represent me. He got me lined up with classes right away which help when I went to court. He was very quick in responding back to me every time I had a question and contacted me the day before each court date to make sure I didn’t have any questions. He got my case reduced from DUI to reckless driving! No ignition interlock and kept me out of jail! I highly recommend Mr. Black!

The best DUI defense lawyer in the state!

I got charged with a super extreme DUI which carries very heavy penalties. Having never found myself in this situation before, I was fortunate enough to hire Aaron as my attorney. Aaron dropped my super extreme DUI to a regular DUI because the prosecutor had difficulty establishing when the driving e...nded. He got my 45-day jail sentence reduced to one day, and my interlock device reduced from 18 months to one year. My fines were also reduced by over $2000! He made a very difficult time in my life very easy by always keeping me informed with what was going on, and being quick to respond to any questions I had. The whole processes went very smoothly and I only had to appear in court once. DUI

Mr. Black is highly experienced and professional. I am in the Armed Services as a Reservist, and found myself in a unfamiliar situation with law enforcement. I was pulled over for a unsafe lane change which led to a suspected DUI. I never as much have had a speeding ticket on my driving record. I was... confused and did not totally understand how much the consequences of having a DUI on my record would have affected my life. Luckily for me, I found Mr. Black on this very website. I read reviews and did a comparison with other lawyers. However, Mr. Black appealed more to me because of the diversity of DUI cases that he handled which had successful outcomes. I knew I needed someone with his experience and great reviews to represent me. Believe the hype! Mr. Black is the real deal. Mr. Black was able to discover an issue with the breath instrument that got the DUI dropped and saved my military career. This deal kept me out of jail and kept the interlock out of my car.

When Life Hit Rock Bottom, Aaron was there to pick me up!

I knew that only the best attorney would due when I retained Aaron. I was faced with a Class 4 Felony (possession) and DUI. Aaron was very honest from the beginning explaining what to expect and he took control of everything. Aaron came through big, getting my DUI reduced down to Reckless Driving; a...nd the felony charge dismissed once I complete TASC. Thank you Aaron for giving me my life back!

Felt like someone was holding my hand the whole time

Aaron was an excellent attorney for my first time DUI case. I blew a .125 and it was my first time ever getting in trouble in my life. I've never even had a parking ticket ever. I just moved to Arizona, got the DUI on the day I registered my car and felt scared, lost and, overwhelmed. I interview...ed 4 attorneys and knew instantly Aaron would be the right attorney for my case. I felt at ease with him, like he was an old friend. He was extremely knowledgeable, switched on always guiding me, giving me advice, super easy to tak to, ensured I was doing the right things at the right times to move forward, responded to all texts, phone calls, emails within 5 minutes, and was very accessible. He always made me feel like I was his most important and only client. He also assured me it wasn't the end of the world and did everything in his power so I could move forward. The whole process was painless, Aaron spoon fed me, and because it was so mindless on my part, I was able to concentrate on my new life in Arizona and starting my own company.
