outstanding lawyer

Aaron Black is an excellent attorney. I contacted him after I gotten charged with a DUI back in May. He not only got the charges dropped from an extreme DUI to a regular DUI (he retested the blood), he also arranged it so that I did not have to spend any time in jail (something that I was very stress...ed about). He kept me informed throughout the case, even when I was in Europe. He was always willing to answer any and all of my questions (even the most benign ones), and was always available to meet in person if I had any concerns. He was also very helpful in setting up the classes needed to reinstate my license. Throughout the case, he was always informed and attentive to my requests. I will definitely recommend him.

You will definitely receive the best assistance possible by having Aaron represent your legal needs.

My adult son was in need of representation due to a DUI charge that seemed rather unusual to us. I e-mailed Aaron late one afternoon, after finding his name on AVVO. Within 90 minutes I received an e-mail reply inviting my son to call him to talk about the situation. My son called him, scheduled a...n appointment for the following week and after hearing how he would proceed we retained Aaron. Aaron's first step was to file appropriate documents with the court and then with MVD. He was available to us by text and e-mail with extremely timely responses. He kept my son and I apprised of the actions he was taking on our behalf: he interviewed the arresting policeman and the witness, identified discrepancies, and, fast forward two months, my son received an e-mail with the State's Motion to Dismiss!! Aaron willingness to dig into the facts of the case and pursue the truth in this case has spared my son legal difficulties, job difficulties, and personal difficulties that would have otherwise occurred. We do not have enough positive words to say about this highly professional and proficient attorney. You will definitely receive the best assistance possible by having him represent your legal needs.

Have you received a dui?

I hired Aaron Black as my lawyer for a possible DUI from marijuana. I was charged with both reckless and aggressive driving with a possible DUI upon receiving blood work. Aaron was so prompt to respond to me and helped me right away. I contacted him 3 days before my first court date as a last minute... decision and he made time to meet with me and my dad the next day to go over the police report and talk about the next steps. Aaron went to my first court date for me and within an hour I had an email waiting to let me know exactly what happened and what was happening next. He sent me emails and or calls/texts to keep me up to date on everything at all times. By the time I had my second court date, Aaron got my presence to be excused for school purposes which helped me tremendously as well as came to me with the amazing news of getting my case to be dismissed! I was anticipating at the very least a suspended license and even that didn't come of this! I would have never been able to be so lucky without the help of Aaron! Saying that I recommend Aaron Black to be your lawyer is an understatement!

down town Scottsdale self defense bar/bouncer.

Excelent job I was charged with assault defending myself after the bouncers were aggresive. He basically got the charges dropped to keep a civil case possible, allowing me to move forward preventing these bouncers and bars from injuring other patrins and handling situations peacefully.

DUI charge

I was pulled over for a DUI on May 25, 2014 . Aaron helped me and explained to me what could happen if I was charged with a DUI. He was available to talk to get information from through text/email. He informed me to start taking classes towards the DUI to get a head start. Saying all that he worked h...is butt off and got my DUI charged to a plea agreement of wreck less driving charge and some classes. He knows his stuff and is willing to do what it takes to help you and get the charges reduced or dismissed. I think you would be stupid if you went to any other lawyer besides Aaron. On top of all that I'm from Alabama and had a flight after court and he was generous enough to go out of his way to take me to the airport. I can't thank him enough! Hire Aaron Black for the best results!
