Lifesaver

Aaron Black is a Rockstar! I called Aaron because of all the rave reviews that I saw on Google and he certainly lived up to them. I was facing a super extreme DUI where I blew well over a .20 and the evidence against was extremely damning considering I had run through a tree and through a QT wall. No...t to mention, the police had several admissions of guilt from me on tape. I definitely did not make it easy to be defended but nonetheless, Aaron was still able to get me a smoking plea deal. The super extreme was reduced to extreme. My sentence in jail was reduced from 45 days to just 2 days. The interlock device that was supposed to be installed in vehicle for 18 months was reduced to 12 months. My home detention time was reduced significantly and he saved me thousands in fines. I'd like to add to anyone reading this that the process after getting a DUI is incredibly daunting. The amount of hoops you have to jump through is almost unfathomable. I empathize with anyone going through something similar to what I went through. And I would strongly recommend finding a good lawyer to get you through this process. Through the course of it all, I only had to show up to court for fingerprinting and on the last day for my plea deal. Aaron made this whole deal manageable and helped walk me through it every step of the way. If you have a DUI, Aaron Black is your guy. Couldn't be happier with the representation I received from him. Would recommend him to anyone.

Hire the best!!

I called Aaron the day after I was charged with Super Extreme DUI and he called me back within 30 min to discuss my case. I found him very knowledgeable as well as corrigible and understood my disappointment and frustration. I hired Aaron and he began getting things handled right away. Through th...e process he was outstanding in keeping me notified of any change in status or what was coming next as well as being available anytime I had a question or concern. He then suggested we move the case to Veterans court and began the process immediately. During the waiting period he was able to do extensive investigative work by interviewing the officers, dismantling the evidence and retesting the blood sample that was taken that night. He uncovered many issues but none as big as a discrepancy with my sample that led to a much better deal. In the end he was able to get the Super Extreme DUI dropped to a Misdemeanor DUI. This was changed to 1 day in jail as opposed to 45 days, no home detention, jail cost waived, fines reduced by over $2000.00, and decreased time with a restricted licence and interlock device. This was my first DUI and I felt lost with the process. I am grateful he was on my side and highly recommend Aaron Black as representation with any charge or offense.

Need a real DUI attorney? Look no further

I found myself in a serious situation with an 18year old case for a felony dui that I was unaware of. I didn’t have much time to hire a lawyer and had to rely on what I could find on the internet for “best DUI lawyers in AZ”. After reading Aaron’s reviews I could not believe how many five star rating...s he had, but I trusted my gut and set up a meeting with him. Aaron was straight forward and no bs. He told me how serious my felony charges were and how the prosecutor doesn’t give a care whether I am a “good person, or family man”, he only cares about a conviction. Aaron didn’t sugar coat anything and always pointed a worse case scenario and no promises. He immediately started digging into my case and started conversations with the prosecutor before he had a chance to even look at the case. I appreciated how diligent and aggressive Aaron was. He doesn’t have a bunch of paralegals on his staff. He picks up the phone himself. Within days Aaron had argued a strong case, getting the prosecutor to agree on a plea of a lesser charge. From a felony with 4 months in prison to a lesser charge where I would serve 9 days in county jail. I was ready to accept this plea, Aaron told me he thought he had gotten to the limit with the prosecutors patience. I was already set and made plans to serve my time and get this mess behind me. A few days later I get a text from Aaron that he had gotten the charges reduced down to a simple dui and would require only one day in jail. Aaron pleaded my case to the judge and prosecutors and was able to get me the deal with credit for time served and 11 months of unsupervised probation. That’s a huge deal as I live out of state and anything over one year of probation would require an interstate compact and require supervised probation. The fun didn’t stop however. When I went to the probation department they had not read I was o.n 11 months unsupervised and sent me to another building to sign all of my interstate compact paperwork! I called Aaron immediately and within 30 minutes he had the probation department corrected. They even called him back to thank him for catching their error! I literally was minutes away from being signed up for a strict and unnecessary program that probably would have taken a ton of time to unwind if Aaron didn’t fix it! I can’t thank Aaron enough for his diligence and desire to win. He works for you and doesn’t give in at the first offer. I am so glad I picked up the phone and hired Aaron. He saved my career, family, and my life.

Got myself in a bind.......Aaron saved me from disaster

The best possible outcome via Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) of Reckless Driving, No Jail Time, No interlock devices for my cars & No SR 22 insurance. Also, thank you for your guidance with navigating through the many legal steps, lette...rs, paperwork, court hearings & with the overall complex / confusing Court & Arizona MVD (DMV) processes. TOP NOTCH ATTORNEY

I was ticketed for DUI, searched the internet Aaron Black was the first attorney that popped up. Gave him a call, he was very easy and understanding to visit with. He did all the leg work, met with prosecutors without my having to appear in court, except for final hearing. He was able to reduce t...he charges from DUI to Reckless Driving. No jail time, no probation, no interlock device. This was such a relief. Like I said, he was extremely thorough, easy to work with. Knows his business for sure.
