Thank you, Aaron Black!

Our son was detained and charged with extreme DUI. After discussing the options, we felt that hiring a lawyer was the best call. Mr. Black felt like the person who could effectively work through the process with us. We deemed his credentials impeccable, based upon what we read. However, our choi...ce was not made solely on this. Mr. Black was readily available from first contact. He kept us informed throughout the case. He demonstrated a keen sense of preparation for all meetings with us, as well as witnesses and all court staff involved. He proved to be well versed on all aspects of this type of legal matter. We believe he did, to the best of his ability, everything he could to ensure that our son received fair and reasonable treatment in an unfortunate situation.

Best DUI lawyer in Phoenix hands down!

I actually found Aaron Black by luck, while searching for a lawyer the day after my DUI. He was understanding and attentive with the situation I was in. Aaron was also extremely available through text and phone calls the entire time, even taking a call from me while he was at his father's Birthday ...dinner. Talk about commitment to your clients. Aaron was very helpful throughout the ordeal of helping me understand the situation as I received worst case news that my prior showed up and my BAC was way higher than expected. This was my 2nd DUI, just missing the 7 year mark by 12 days to be considered a 1st offense. Unfortunately I was looking at a rough conviction once the court prosecutor found out about the prior and my BAC being Super Extreme. Since I was looking at a Super Extreme DUI 2nd time and looking at a minimum of 6 months jail, Aaron was able to find issues with the blood and was able to get the charge reduced to extreme, and found issues with the prior and was able to get it reduced from a 2nd time DUI to a first time DUI! Then he was able to convince the judge, to allow another 21 day reduction of my sentence for installing the interlock early. Thank you Aaron!

Great Lawyer

Aaron was very helpful through the difficult time I faced. He was extremely responsive always keeping in touch with me. He was very good at keeping me informed each step of the way. I was very distraught at first after making the silly mistake but in consulting Aaron, I felt more at ease and very com...fortable with him by my side. He did everything right and got me the best deal he could even after rejecting the plea offer and having an evidentiary hearing, I was still able to get the minimum. Overall great experience and I am thankful I was able to have him represent me in my case.

I recommend Aaron highly!

I was charged with an extreme DUI over the summer and after quite a bit of research I chose Aaron. He came with a stellar reputation and the costs were reasonable. He made the the process as painless as it could be. He was able to reduce the charge down to a regular DUI, argue credit for time served ...so I had ZERO jail time and was available whenever I had questions about the case. He always kept me up to date and was very clear about what I needed to do on my end to work through this. Thank you again, Aaron.

Attorney Aaron Black is absolutely amazing.

Aaron was always available when I would call. He returned my calls within minutes - even when he was out of the state attending a conference. He kept me informed on my case. Aaron was always prepared when representing me in the courts. He always explained his legal approach and the relative deta...ils in my case. Aaron interviewed all the witnesses and police officers and discovered a legal technicality that got my charges reduced from an EXTREME DUI to RECKLESS Driving. Mr Black saved me thousands of dollars and I avoided having a suspended license and ignition interlock device. Thank you Aaron!

This was a big drop in the charge. This is why interviewing the cops is an important part of the process. Fantastic result in a Gilbert case!
