25 yr old Failure to appear/DUI charge

25 yrs ago while on business in Phoenix I was stopped for DUI. I lived out of state and needless to say did not appear to face the music for 25 yrs. Not until I tried to renew my state's driver's license and was denied did I know I needed legal help ! After research including AVVO I found Aaron. He w...as able to get warrant squashed and helped get my drivers license back. I never had to go back to AZ cause Aaron was able to represent me in absentia. He got the DUI and failure to appear dropped and I pled to reckless driving.Also got my bond refunded ! Aaron always answered my calls and emails asap. I highly recommend Aaron for legal counsel !

Aaron Black to the rescue!!

Back on October 27, 2012 I was convicted of my second DUI . I felt like it was over for me and I had no chance of escaping jail time. I was looking at 6 months in prison and a class 4 felony. This automatically made me loose my job and was in panic for help! So I was browsing online and actually met... up with a couple of DUI attorneys, but basically didn't look me up online to find the report didn't do nothing but say "it all depends" ... Until I came across Mr. Black met up and he looked up my police report online. Told me I was screwed but will try his best to do less jail time. To make a long story short he got me a 3 month sentence in tent city with work release which meant I didn't loose my house, my car, my phone, etc i was able to pay my bills will going to jail. This was a big help! As time went by I was busy with family and my new business I came up short on completing my counseling classes and I had to do 90 days in jail. However I called Aaron for help! And we sent a motion to the judge by the next day. Judge granted the motion and once again Aaron did an amazing job!! Great one man show!!!

Out of State Reduced DUI Charge from Extreme to Regular

Aaron Black did an excellent job negotiating my Extreme DUI case down to a regular DUI. I was visiting Scottsdale from out of state on a business trip when I was arrested and charged with Extreme DUI. Aaron not only was able to reduce the charge but also worked with the prosecutor to manage the ...jail time and home arrest issues. I ultimately was sentenced to three days in Jail (actually spent 40 hours), extreme DUI fines, and no additional home arrest. Going through the process and talking to others while in tent city, I realized that the deal Aaron had negotiated was in fact the best deal. I talked to several individuals with similar experiences and charges that did not get nearly as good of deal. Aaron did a great job listening to my issues and reviewing my case and explaining the alternatives with me. Had I lived Arizona, I would have felt completely comfortable not taking the plea agreement and going to trial with Aaron. My sister is a prosecutor, I reviewed Aaron’s recommendations and advice with her, she agreed with all of Aaron’s assessments and recommendation. It’s difficult to trust a stranger out of state with such an important issue, Aaron did a great job.

Outstanding Professional and Amazing Lawyer

I was arrested for DUI and had a BAC .180, an extreme DUI. The next day I went looking for a lawyer and ran across Aaron Black. I gave several lawyers a call and some didn’t respond until Monday, some didn’t respond at all and some had a secretary, paralegal or law aid called me back but within an h...our of calling on a Saturday, Aaron himself called me back. And that Monday I meet with him and spoke about my case, he put me at ease with his incredible knowledge and experience of DUI cases and he was easy to talk to and didn’t judge. He gave me advice on what to do before I even hired him. Aaron was able to work out a payment plan with me because I didn’t have the money up front. He always kept me informed and up to date with what was happening with my case, even answering questions in the evening and on weekends. We also did everything through the phone, text messaging and email. I never felt pressured to do anything and he never made outlandish promises, he was straight forward and honest with everything and even was a great help dealing with the MVD. I thought it was going to be a slam dunk extreme DUI case, but Aaron was able to find mistakes that the officer made when arresting me as well as problems with the blood work. He went to bat for me and made my best interest his number one priority. He was able to talk the charges down to a DUI impaired to the slightest, which meant instead of 30 days in tent city I only had to do 4, and all the fines were split in half and even got the jail fines reduced to zero. It is still a DUI and that sucks but it could have been much worse than it was but because of Aaron’s attention to detail and hard work I was able to avoid a lengthy jail term and just about double the fines. Even now after I’m done with the courts Aaron is still working with me to help with the MVD and getting my life back on track. Thank GOD for people like Aaron, I will be recommending him to anyone who has legal troubles especially DUI charges.

Highly Recommend for DUI

Like you I was searching for someone who could provide help, guidance, and most of all a defense. My 17 son was arrested with a DUI charge and I was very confused. The arresting officer down played the whole thing saying it was a mistake on my son's part but that he would learn from it and would move... on. My son is a good kid and had never been involved in any trouble before. I was questioning the need for representation until I talked with friends who had been through a similar situation. After that conversation there was no doubt I needed help. I did a lot of research before I called Attorney Black. Right from the start I felt comfortable with him. He was very clear in explaining what we were facing and answered every question we had. It was obvious he had a lot of experience and was well equipped to help us. Mr. Black was always available to me during the process. I called and texted during the evening, on weekends and even once at 5:30 am. It was amazing how quickly he responded. He worked around my schedule so I didn't have to take any time off from work. Attroney Black spent an hour with the arresting officer and as a result uncovered details he used in negotiations with the Prosecutor. Mr. Black was able to get the charges reduced to reckless driving. What a relief. I was very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Attorney Black to anyone who is facing a DUI charge. He has the practical experience, is very professional, and exceptionally accessible. There's no middle person to deal with. You get to talk with him directly each and every time.
