Thank You Aaron/DUI

Aaron Black is the first lawyer I hired and I can say he was such a fantastic lawyer to work with. Before I meet Aaron Black I had interviewed three other lawyers and they were not prepared at all. Aaron was always prepared to handle my case. The first day I meet him he had all my documents in front ...of him gave me and outline what would happen and pretty much said we will take one step at a time. He worked with me the whole way through my DUI; He explained what classes I needed to take before class he would always call me to make sure I’m getting what I need done, he would show up to my hearings. Aaron helped me a lot I was supposed to get a Year suspension on my license and now it is voided. IF you are looking for a good Lawyer to represent you for a DUI I highly suggest Aaron Black he will always responded right away and be there with you every step of the way!!!

Out of State DUI Reduced! Highly Recommend Aaron Black!

I am a resident of Massachusetts who was arrested for DUI in Scottsdale, Arizona. I was extremely overwhelmed when I hit the internet to find a lawyer to help. I spoke with several lawyers before speaking with Aaron, within minutes I knew he would be who I would hire. Aaron walked me step by step thr...ough the entire process and what we would need to do. Even being across the country from each other the communication was extremely fluid whether it was email, calls or even text messages. I took Aaron’s professional advice to take my case to court to attempt to have my DUI reduced to a Reckless Driving charge. This would mean I would not have to loose my driving privileges nor be stuck with a DUI on my record. Aaron wrote up a detailed plea agreement for me and submitted it to the court for review. I was granted a telephone court date as I am an out of state resident. In the end my DUI was dropped and I was only charged with Reckless Driving. I am forever thankful for all of his help and would highly recommend Aaron's services to anyone!

DUI/DWI --- Out of State

I'm 27 years old. I live in North Carolina. I have a Florida drivers license. I was arrested in Arizona for DUI/DWI. Complicated? ...I also didn't show up to my first court date in Arizona. Needing a lawyer, I decided to start looking online. Some lawyers never even returned my voice mails. ... Others spoke in legal terms I did not understand, acting as if they were too busy to listen. One lawyer stood out - Aaron Black. Late one Friday evening Aaron Black answered my phone call and listened to what I had to say. After answering questions and helping me better understand the situation, we set up a time to discuss further. Throughout the entire case, his communication was outstanding. Whether I called, emailed, or sent Aaron a text message, he always responded very quickly - if not immediately! Living across the country was not a hindrance at all. Aaron Black's performance fighting my case and driving positive results was impressive. Whether waiving my presence in (AZ) court, or having me complete a class (at home in NC) before the judge even ordered it... Aaron was always looking out for my best interest. Aaron scheduled the final court date (only one I went to) around my schedule and I only had to fly out to Arizona once. Following court, I received a check in the mail for 100% of my bond. Any loose ends were approved by the judge to be completed back home in North Carolina. If you have a DUI/DWI case, I strongly recommend hiring Aaron Black. If you have an out-of-state DUI/DWI case, I wouldn't trust anyone other than Aaron Black.

Aaron Black DUI Lawyer Recommendation - A Review You Can Trust

I hired Aaron Black to represent me in my DUI case a couple of months ago. Needless to say, it was a great decision and well worth the money. Personally, I've never had an experience like this and thus had no idea what to expect. I wanted someone by my side informing me of all the steps along the way.... Let's face it, there are a lot of steps involved in any DUI case and it's just nice having someone set your expectations upfront so you know what to anticipate along the way. Before I hired Aaron, he listened to my story, wanted to understand the situation and then explained to me how we could work together and what he could potentially do for me and what he unfortunately most likely wouldn't be able to do for me (like getting my case dropped altogether). He was realistic upfront which I appreciated. He explained his process so I knew what to expect. As soon as I hired him, he made sure he had all of my documentation organized which I appreciated. He was also available whenever I needed to get in touch with him whether that was via text, email or phone call. He took the time to interview the officers involved and actually requested to retest my blood samples which led to new information. He was great at keeping me updated and informing me of next steps. Ultimately he was able to get my super extreme down to an extreme and reduced my home detention an extra 3 days. He is attentive and treated me with respect, he answered all of my questions (and current, ongoing questions even after the conviction), and made me feel as comfortable as I could possibly feel about all of this. If you're looking for a lawyer to represent you (especially DUI case), I highly recommend Aaron. He is very professional, respectful, personable, informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and a guy you can trust. I've had friends go through this experience and not hire a good lawyer (there are a ton to choose from, especially in Phoenix). They ended up paying twice as much money, not getting good advice, not feeling like they knew what was going on, felt like they were ultimately doing this on their own, etc. So I am very happy with my choice and wouldn't change a thing about who I hired.

Fantastic Representation!!

I spoke with several attorneys prior to hiring Mr. Black for my DUI case. I knew that he was the best choice from the first few minutes of our conversation. My case had some complexities being that I received my DUI while on vacation in Arizona. He was familiar with the complexities of me living in... another state. He was very knowledgeable, professional and detailed! He provided me with a lot of information that was extremely helpful in preparing for each step of the process. He was extremely prompt to respond to my questions whether they were calls, emails or even text messages. Even though I was in another state, he made me feel like he was standing next to me the entire time! He was successful in getting the prosecution to drop my charges from a Super Extreme DUI to an Extreme DUI, saving me a lot of money and a reduction in fines and penalties. At court, he was also able to get the judge to agree that I didn't have to attend the MADD class which I've heard is very difficult and emotional to go through. As if my own positive experiences with Mr. Black were not enough to convince me that he was the best choice in attorney's I had several people (clients and instructors) in my Alcohol Treatment classes at STI tell me how great he was to work with! Even the staff at court said that he was "great, such a good guy". Mr. Black made what has been a difficult time in my life so much easier to get through. Although I hope to never need his services again, if I did, I would use him again in a heartbeat!!
