Best lawyer in Phoenix

July 1st, 2017 I was being charged with two separate DUI cases with one prior. I was looking at a possible felony conviction and prison time. Fortunately I came across Aaron Black and decided to hire him. He was able to get me one of the best possible outcomes. He successfully worked out a plea wi...th the prosecution which entailed of only 1 month of jail time and 4 months of house arrest. He also made sure that the 1 month of jail included work release (12 hours a day, 6 days a week). He kept the two DUIs as misdemeanors, no felony on my record. He was also able to successfully waive all of my jail costs. Not only did I get a wonderful deal, (which I know is true because even the judge told me how rare of a plea deal this was) but he also kept me informed on every aspect of the case. He was available anytime to answer any questions I may have had. I could not have been more satisfied with his services. You may be wondering if you should truly pay for a lawyer when you're charged with a DUI.. as I did too. But I can tell you first-hand that Aaron was able to work through some very small yet pertinent details that the average court-appointed lawyer would over look. Five Star Attorney with 5 Star results!

I cannot praise enough the efforts and results that I received from Aaron. I was charged with a DUI the very first day I moved to Scottsdale. Yay. I googled Attys. and luckily I chose Aaron. He put me at ease immediately, Listening very carefully to my story. He explained the law in detail making sur...e I understood the situation. Then he went to work. He had me immediately try to obtain an AZ license and cancel my out of state license to avoid having to do 2 states worth of penalties. It worked! He had my blood retested to hope for a lower blood alcohol level. It worked! He successfully fought and won a legal issue with the stop. He also was able to get the charge reduced from DUI to a Reckless Driving!! There's more. I did not have to serve any jail time, he reduced my fines by $1,000.00, and kept me from having to install an interlock! He promptly returned all of my calls, taking the time to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Aaron Black. He turned a potentially nightmare scenario into a minor inconvenience. Reliable, smart and hardworking

I hired Aaron after receiving a court notice for an extreme DUI, thanks to all his smart work he was able to bring it down to a regular DUI. He was very informative in discussing the case with me in detail, explaining the law, and keeping you informed throughout the process. Not once did I feel l...ost during the whole process and he was always available to answer my questions. He also cares a lot about his clients he was influential in saving me 29 days in jail, getting interlock potentially reduced to 6 months, saving over $1000 in fines, and finally getting the cop to file the appropriate paperwork to save you form SR22 insurance. I am super thankful for Aaron and glad I hired him as as my attorney.

BEST DUI LAWYER AVAILABLE

Hire this man! He was the best attorney I have ever worked with. I crashed a motorcycle 4 years ago and was charged with extreme DUI. I had left AZ to recover and got on with my life. Fast forward 3 years later and while trying to get my driver's licence in another state I found out I had a warrant. ...Aaron was able to get the warrant QUASHED AND I was able to get my licence while things progressed. I never had to travel back to AZ and Aaron was able to knock it down to a reckless driving with no jail time. He answered every phone call (except if he was in court), answered every question I had satisfactorily and never blew me off (which if you have dealt with lawyers before happens more then it should). Very professional and hard working. If you are considering going with someone cheaper consider this: you get what you pay for. Aaron is worth every cent you pay him, probably more. I could not be happier. Aaron also always explained perfectly what will happen, what could happen, and what the best course of action to take was. He is an excellent attorney, he really is spot on.

The Best

I could not have asked for a better attorney. I was not an easy client by any means. My DUI was considered "extreme", it was in Scottsdale where there was video of the incident, I have many medical issues, I live out of state and I was also applying to medical school in a different country, but Aaron... handled this all in stride. He provided the legal aspect, but also was kind and understanding and truly likes his job. Two days after my arrest, I contacted him through the website and was pleasantly surprised he called me back in less than an hour. Even over the phone he was personable, easy to talk to which immediately put me at ease. This was a nice contrast to the two previous lawyers I had contacted who seemed to be annoyed that I would ask for their help. I have never had an issue with the law, not even a speeding ticket and now I found myself with an Extreme DUI charge so I was pretty terrified. Aaron asked me about what happened, asked me to forward him paperwork and we made an appointment for a consultation. We worked through my case and he was supportive, working with me to find the best deal. Aaron informed me of the whole process, writing things down, provided me with my next steps in a folder and gave me the facts. He was available by phone, text, email and would respond immediately no matter the time. Aaron was able to adjust my license suspension to benefit my needs, attended the court appointments while I was at school and updated me regularly, gave me information regarding the interlock I needed to get installed, arranged a telephonic plea while I was in another country so I wouldn't have to fly back and forth, and adjusted my jail and home detention for the specific dates I would be in Phoenix for summer break. Truly exceptional. The one thing I would have appreciated would have been just a little bit more information post plea. I felt very overwhelmed with information and although I had the basic information, I felt I could've benefitted from just a tad more detail. For example, regarding the self surrender jail I had no idea what I would be walking into, how to check in or anything, also medications not to use when using a breathalyzer, etc. Those are minor details that definitely would've helped me personally. Even after my case was closed, Aaron was available for any questions I had and would give advise. I would hire Aaron again in a heartbeat, however I KNOW I will not have to.
