Don't waste your time with others!!!! This is the guy you want!

Amazing. I am a professional and work with people day in an day out. After interviewing multiple lawyers and feeling a bit "swindled" each time I talked to someone, I finally saw the reviewed on Aaron and felt this he could be the right person for the job. He was very honest and straightforward that ...my case was not awful, but not a slam dunk either. I had a DUI with a .093/.095 reading over labor day. This was my first offense and no priors. Aaron was amazing and providing me all the details I needed and answered my 1000 questions since this was all so new to me. He got back to me so quickly it was as if I was his only client. He went to bat for me in every way he could and got my DUI reduced to a conforming reckless just before we thought we may have to go to trial. I trusted him completely during the process! I could tell being in court with him too that he is well respected, which is important to me. He always made sure I was well prepared for my next steps and seemed to always be one step ahead of me. After sitting through the DUI classes and hearing others talk about their attorneys and lack of service or care, I knew I got lucky to have him. You cannot go wrong!!!!!!!

TWO COUNTS OF DUI REDUCED TO RECKLESS DRIVING

If you need a DUI attorney, Aaron Black is your attorney. Aaron is caring, honest, and professional. His availability and responsiveness are impressive. When charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI, I went to Aaron. During the entire process, Aaron was always available for any question. He ...totally put me at ease and kept me informed of everything I needed to do during this legal process lasting over a year. Even after the plea was taken, Aaron followed up with detailed steps I needed to complete in order to put this ordeal behind me. 

I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone!

True Dynamic Lawer

"Dy.nam.ic"noun:a force that stimulates change or progress within a system or process"".That's the word that best describes Mr. Black, a professional in every sense. Very well kept, mannered and knowledgeable inside & outside the court room. I hired Mr.Black in October i was charged with a felony po...ssession for sales of Marijuana. And several paraphernalia Charges, plus a minor possession of Marijuana. As soon as i met with Aaron which he took the time out on a weekend before his personal business to do so, he was immediately informative with me and had already researched, what was available pertaining to my case. With that being said even before signing on the dotted line he gave me a true and honest assessment of what i was up against, and that if i did hire him that he'd perform his job to the fullest and use what resources he had. With that being said i obtained his services and he took over ,he was never late to a date answered all calls. Text e mails etc., kept me in the loop of things the whole time and in my opinion went beyond the means and was honest but yet considerable when it came to my future.Super professional very organized and prompt always reminding me of things that needed to be handled.If there was anything needed he took the time and on the task presenting my request and gaining possitive results every time in my favor. In the end Felony dropped..! misdemeanor. Diversion program was the outcome yet to be completed within Six months possibly three depending on me.I couldnt have asked for anything better in my situation.thanks to my attorney. And his efforts,skills & dynamic abbilites.Keeping the integrity of the courts. But showing the ultimate consideration by being a top grade proffession at all times.I'd highly recommend. Mr Black to my" closest friends" .And will use his services again if need be!

Honest, Reliable, Realistic and Helpful

Aaron was the exact type of person I was looking for to represent me for a 1st time DUI. I knew nothing about how the process worked and he helped me every step of the way to understand the system, my options, and what to anticipate. It made my case much less stressful knowing that an experienced a...ttorney of Aaron's caliber was representing me. Aaron was very straight forward with me. He explained the possibilities, but made no guarantees on outcome. He explained the best case scenario and the worst case for my case. I had confidence from the very beginning as a result. Prior to even officially hiring Aaron, he filed two court actions on my behalf to get the process started and offered me excellent advice. His people skills are outstanding and knows how to work with both his clients and with the courts professionally and courteously. When it came time to get my final plea agreement, Aaron simply negotiated in good faith with the courts and I received a more than fair plea agreement. After my case was concluded he has followed up with me to remind me of all of the items I need to complete after the court case was over. His friendly demeanor with me and especially the court went a long way towards finding an acceptable outcome to my case and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

DUI .115 BAC

I interviewed 5 different DUI attorneys, before hiring Aaron Black. During the interview he was honest sincere and showed the upmost respect even though I was asking some very difficult questions. Throughout the entire process he provided excellent communication, conducted a thorough investigation ...of the arrest and informed me of all possible avenues we can take to argue my case. In the end he was able to negotiate a reduced charge. Aaron also wrote a letter on my behalf to a new employer. I will highly recommend Aaron Black
