Responsive, thorough and knowledgeable

Working with Aaron was great and easy. He answered all of my questions quickly, kept me up to date on each step in the process and steered me well during my hearing. Everything went exactly as he said it would. He was a total professional and spent a lot of time making sure I understood my options..., which was very important to me. Reliable and Honest Attorney

I found Aaron Black through a friend who had gone through a case similar to mine. I had never been in legal trouble before so I was unsure of what to expect. I called Aaron (around 8am) the day after being arrested for a DUI extreme, and before even meeting with him he asked me specific questions abo...ut my case. The whole time I was going through the process he kept me informed on my case and was available anytime I had any questions or concerns. He got my case reduced from a DUI extreme to a regular DUI. Then, instead of 30 days jail, I was given 1 day and 4 days of home detention. My fines were reduced by about $1000, and I am also eligible to get my interlock device off my car after 6 months. I would not have wanted anyone else to represent me.

Best choice hands down.

I was charged with a DUI that was almost an extreme DUI. I was going to lose my job if I received a DUI. Aaron Black turned in a great defense paper of all the things he felt were wrong. Long story short I got off with a reckless driving and was able to keep my job. I would recommend Aaron Black to e...veryone.

BEST LAWYER IN THE VALLEY

Aaron Black did a tremendous job at handing my DUI case. He got my DUI reduced to the lowest degree of driving reckless with no jail time and a $460 fine. From the first day we met I felt comfortable and confident with him handing my case. Right away he knew there was an issue and told me not to take... the DUI plea. Aaron was always available and had educated answers to all of my questions. He is easy to get in contact with by phone, text, or email and would respond right away even after business hours. Aaron always kept me informed on the case and was well prepared before each hearing. I never had to guess what was going to happen next, in fact he knew what would go on before we even stepped foot in the court room. Aaron saved me lots of valuable time by handling my hearings without me being present. Out of the five court hearings I only had to appear at one of them. He wrote a very impressive 12 page document to the prosecutor with pictures of the arresting scene and argued some great points that the district attorney couldn't say anything against. Aaron is so well known that the staff rushed my paperwork to the judge. As soon as the judge received the paperwork Aaron told the judge it was there I was the next case to be called up which resulted in minimal time in the court room. Aaron is by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with and I would highly recommend him to anyone facing charges.

Extreme DUI .169 Reduced to Regular DUI and 1 day in jail

Aaron was a straight shooter when it came to the complexities of my case, which I did like as most attorneys are not. He was always available throughout the process via text or phone if questions ever came up and still is available for questions even after the court process. I also like how Aaron w...ould call ahead of the court schedule and after to keep me up to date on everything going on with my life due to the DUI charge. I was charge with a 17mph Speeding Ticket, DUI Impaired to the Slightest Degree, DUI over .08. When the results from the blood test came back, my BAC was .169 (Extreme DUI) and I had Marijuana Metabolites (DUI - Drugs). Through negotiation with prosecutors, Aaron was able to get everything dismissed and the DUI charge to a Regular DUI charge. This meant Aaron negotiated 1 day in jail, saving 29 days. Approximately $1500 in fines, saving me $1200 not including the Maricopa County "Jail Fee" that is $86 per night after the first night. I also will have the option to remove my Ignition Interlock device after 6 months per no no fails, this saves me approximately $600. Best of all, Aaron saved my job. Aaron did a great job throughout the entire process, I believe he truly cares about getting the best outcome of the case, which he did! He was great in the court room and guided me through this mess with a professional attitude and had energy instead of the perceived "lawyer attitude." I believe he truly does care about how he performs for his clients and wants to get the best for every case he represents. I would highly recommend Aaron Black as your Attorney. Unfortunately, he was not my first attorney in my life and he was by far the best. What a difference! Thank you very much Aaron for your representation!
