Criminal Defense

A few months after I relocated to the Phoenix area I had an altercation with several individuals. Consequently I was charged with Assault & Disorderly Conduct. Not knowing anyone in the area I turned to the internet for legal representation. After hours of research I narrowed my choices down to s...everal lawyers which I interviewed by phone. While I spoke with Aaron Black it became obvious to me that he was my guy. During my personal meeting with Aaron I was convinced that he would aggressively defend me, was very knowledgeable of the laws & the local court system. During his skillful defense of my case he explained his strategy & ultimate goal to have all charges dropped. Mr. Black is an effective negotiator & communicator, who is always professional, is held in high regard with his peers, clients, court staff & law enforcement in the Phoenix metro area. As a result of Aaron’s efforts, all charges were dismissed, with no further action by the court or legal system. My history & integrity have remained intact with no criminal record. Great Lawyer!

Aaron was a great lawyer! Right from the start he was able to explain my case and the law giving me realistic probabilities. He kept me informed the whole way throughout the process. He got the DUI dismissed, my fines reduced by $1000, got the three civil charges dismissed, and the paraphernalia char...ge dismissed. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Superman!

First off I couldn't have been more lucky and now so thankful to have come across Aaron, I was arrested for an extreme DUI in AZ and I live out of state and as I scrambled to head home after being charged Aaron was able to get started on my case asap. He was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable ...and kept me informed throughout the entire process while also keeping my mind and stress at ease. Aaron was able to dismiss my extreme DUI, reducing my 30 day jail time to 0! Getting the interlock reduced from 12 months to nothing and saving me approximately $3,000 in fines. I highly recommend Aaron!

"The best of the best". (No kidding!!)

We were charged with a host of charges including driving under the influence of alcohol as well as prescription drugs. If found guilty, there was likely high fines, loss of driving as well as possible incarceration. We needed the best of the best to help us with our case. It just didn't seem right. A...aron spent time with us. Asked questions that (I didn't realize "then") were relative. He extended the hearings while working with his AMAZING sources to collect all of the facts. Then, ultimately submitted our argument of our case to the court. I was in awe of the knowledge this man had of other cases and the facts of law. The conclusion? CASE DISMISSED! Damned right I'll submit this review. He's TRULY that good. AND A GENUINE GOOD HEARTED GUY as well. Yep, I can see why he may be known as "The Best of the Best!"
