Highly Recommend Aaron Black!

My son was arrested for his second DUI in a 6 month period. Was also involved in a car accident with the second DUI. Aaron had handled the first DUI and did an excellent job in getting charges reduced. With the second DUI Aaron was very honest about the severe consequences and walked us through every...thing. My son was looking at a Class 4 felony with up to 2 years of jail and Aaron was able to get a plea deal to reduce it to Class 6 and work furlough for 5 months. Fines were also reduced to half. During this very difficult time Aaron always responded quickly to our emails or calls, 24/7. He was always professional and well prepared for court. Not being familiar with the court system, he walked us through everything. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone who is looking for a very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and personable lawyer. He will work very hard for you!!

Thank You Aaron Black !!!

I can't thank Mr.Arron Black enough for helping me with my case . I was charged with extreme DUI. I hit a car while driving under the influence of alcohol. After the incident I immediately start looking for experienced DUI attorney . From the very beginning, Mr. Aaron Black made me feel at ease and... assured that he would work for me to get the best possible outcome from this case. I really appreciate the fact that he returned my calls and emails promptly whenever I had any questions. He is very professional and yet a very laid-back guy in which I felt very comfortable corresponding with. The prosecutor wanted 35 days with 21 suspended (they did not get it), They wanted 3 years of probation (they did not get it), they wanted me to complete Mothers Against Drunk Driving - MADD - (they did not get it), and they wanted continuous alcohol monitoring for 6 months (they did not get it)! I really appreciate his hard work and effort which resulted in the getting the minimum plea (2 days in jail,7 days home detention). I am especially grateful to my attorney in this case, Mr. Aaron Black , for backing me up and assisting me with my case. Thank you so much for this positive outcome; I really appreciate it greatly.

Incredibly savvy, knowledgeable, professional - would recommend to anyone facing a DUI charge

After interviewing several attorneys, and being through the DUI process before, I felt incredibly confident and comfortable in meeting with Mr. Black. Not only did he agree to meet me on a Saturday, the day after his wedding, to discuss my case - he gave me some excellent advice on how to handle the ...initial steps, without trying to pressure me into a retainer immediately (which many other attorneys did, one even suggested I go to an ATM immediately!). Throughout the entire process, which was incredibly stressful for me as I was facing a felony charge, Mr. Black kept me informed and assured me he would do his due diligence to get me the best possible deal. He let me know of the realistic outcomes, what to expect, timing, etc. I was very grateful to have such a knowledgeable and confident attorney on my side. Not only did he get my case reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor (as it was my 3rd DUI in three years and 4th total), Mr. Black also helped significantly reduce my fines. Mr. Black discovered one of my prior out-of-state DUIs was not recognized in AZ, which is something one of my previous AZ attorneys didn't take the time to figure out (and I ended up wrongly serving time in the tents, on home detention and having an interlock for a year). I wish I would have found Mr. Black sooner to avoid the previous trouble I had experienced. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone facing DUI charges. He is helpful, personable, trustworthy and extremely well-versed with the AZ legal system.

A true professional and someone who cares about what he does.

Aaron did an amazing job with the defense of my case. From the first time I met with him to the end of my case he laid out all of the options and possibilities that may be ahead. During my case I heard how other people's cases had ended and was worried but Aaron kept me on track as to what I had to d...o and ensured that I would get the best outcome of my case. Aaron Black is a true professional but is also understands your plight and helps you as best he can. I would truly recommend Aaron to anyone and everyone regardless of the case.

Aaron Black was my attorney for an extreme DUI. Call him!

Aaron was always available to answer all of my questions or just to reassure me. He returned all of my calls & e-mails the same day I contacted him. He kept me informed about what was happening and explained anything I did not understand. He sent me lists of everything I needed to do to finish any r...equirements for the court & DMV & followed through with reminders. Very important for a 67 year old woman! He also had me starting classes early to save time later. My most time consuming class was finished before my driving license was suspended. Very helpful! He was very diligent about interviewing everyone involved. Due to that he was able to reduce my Extreme DUI down to a DUI & no jail time. The very best I was hoping for. I am extremely satisfied. Also, he is a personable man & I was very comfortable with him. I found Aaron on this website & the glowing reviews he had received convinced me to try him. I am sooo glad I did. I couldn't have done without his expertise. Call him!!! you won't be sorry. He is very good at what he does. I could not have dealt with the stress without him.
