DUI to Reckless Driving

Got charged with DUI while visiting Arizona. Being from out of state made it difficult to make court dates but despite the distance I was always completely informed and up to date on where we were in the case and what the next steps were. Very relatable, personable and easy to get a hold of. Got DUI... Reduced to Reckless Driving. Truly thankful for all his hard work. Would highly recommend Aaron for great representation.

DUI to reckless

After the night of my arrest I spent my whole day looking around and consulting lawyers about the next step to take. Thankfully I ran across Aaron. He was able to take just a couple words the arresting officer said to me from the night before and make it into a case for coercion. I highly recommend a...nyone to use Aaron black as their lawyer for a criminal driving offense. I am truly thankful to his services.

Expert dui attorney

Arron was always responsive, prepared, and well respected by the judges and prosecutors. Together we decided to try my case. Arron assembled several experts and refused to allow to court to continue my case by obtaining a firm trial date (necessary becauese the three experts schedules). This was a great case. We beat the mvd suspension, we reduced the fines, kept the interlock out of the car, and kept a Dui off the record with a reckless driving plea. It took over a year to get it done with three trial settings and three experts.

AMAZING

I called Aaron the day after I got a DUI. He was the only lawyer I contacted who made me feel understood, especially since I'm a nurse. He was one of the only lawyers I spoke to who has had experience working with healthcare professionals. He started working on my case right away. He took the time to... explain what I should expect along with steps I needed to take. More importantly he continually reassured me that he was available for any question or concern I may have. He is extremely personable, calm, and detail oriented. My mom and sister met him when I was in court and they really like him! It took less than four months from when I received my DUI to when I signed my plea deal and BELIEVE ME, Aaron got me a plea deal 1000000000% better than what I was looking at. HIGHLY highly highly recommend.

Friendly, Knowledgeable and

Aaron made the process of getting diversion easier than I ever thought it could be. I was incredibly anxious about the ordeal at first, but he was there every step of the way helping me understand the process, keeping me up to date on the progress of the case and calling/emailing to make sure there w...as no confusion at any point. No matter who you are or what you need a lawyer for, I cannot recommend Aaron highly enough.
