A TRUE PROFESSIONAL THAT WON'T SUGAR COAT

Aaron's ability to be brutally honest can seem intimidating at first and I can assure that there are plenty of options for other DUI attorneys, but I am so glad I hired Aaron to handle my DUI case. It was apparent from our first conversation that his knowledge and experience with DUI cases was vast a...nd very impressive. He told me exactly how it is and what is to come. He discussed my case with me in great detail explaining the law and covered every single possible option and outcome. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and stayed on top of things even over a year after. He created an outline "TODO" list with all dated deadlines so I knew exactly what I had to get done and by when for EVERYTHING. He was able to get my failure to obey dropped for refusing the breath test which was going to directly affect me taking my daughter for medical care on a military base. Also, he got the judge to work with us on the installation date of the breathalyzer to coincide with the MVD suspension (which he also went to court with me on to fight). I don't wish a DUI upon anyone, but expensive and long lessoned learned to NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! Aaron made the process flawless and he gave me a very secure feeling in times of uncertainty because I knew I had a true professional behind me the entire way with my best interest at heart. Thank you Aaron!

Excellent lawyer

I hired Aaron after getting a DUI and doing extensive online research to find the best lawyer. I am a student in the healthcare field and was extremely worried about how to handle my situation - Aaron did a wonderful job of addressing my concerns. He even reached out to another lawyer who handles lit...igation against healthcare professionals to best advise me. Throughout the entire horrendous DUI process I felt like Aaron was on my side and made everything as easy as possible for me. The case against me was pretty bullet proof (bac 0.11), but Aaron did everything in his power to try and get it reduced to reckless driving. I felt like he explored every possible avenue and was really fighting for me the entire time. Overall, my experience with Aaron was really positive and I’m happy with my decision to hire him!

Aaron was highly recommend by a local prosecuting attorney that my family has known for years! He hands down told me that I MUST hire Aaron immediatly that Aaron was the best DUI attorney he knew! He was so right! Aaron literally guided me through my whole case! He was always available and talked m...e through everything, explained the law and kept me informed throughout my case and interviewed the arresting officers! I refused the breathalyzer test AND refused the blood test! I was looking at a 1 year MVD suspension... Aaron was able to get it completely voided! He negotiated with the prosecutor and got my Extreme DUI to a regular DUI ! This dropped my case from 30 days in jail to one day in jail and reduced my fine by over $1,000.... and allows me to potentially get my interlock removed after 6 months! Do not contemplate hiring Aaron... if you value your career ( I’m in the healthcare field) and you want the best possible outcome for your situation, YOU MUST HIRE Aaron NOW!

Outstanding Service

I say outstanding because even though this was a stressful and aggravating time, Aaron had me at ease with what was to be expected and what we could hope for. I was charged with 4 citations during a DUI stop. Aaron was able to get 3 of them thrown out and lessen my penalties for the extreme DUI I w...as ultimately charged with. I am truly grateful that I had Aaron on my team while going through this process and would highly recommend him.

Miracle outcome!

Aaron was very attentive from beginning to end with my case. I first reached out to him due to his knowledge and experience. From day one, he sat down with me in person and explained to me everything I’d be facing from best to worst case scenario which I really appreciated. Along with his positive at...titude, he kept me informed throughout the process and even went out of his way to set up an interview with the officer involved with my case. He gathered all the evidence and found a issue right away that he would negotiate in court. He was able to get the prosecutor to not allege a known prior while also getting my case reduced to no jail.. That is a miracle!
