Great attorney!!!

It was my first DUI so I didn't really know what to do. I went online and found Mr. Black. I hired him after meeting up w him. He was very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all matters to me and moved things along, while always keeping me informed. I was scared and d...idn't know what to expect but he made me feel comfortable. He was always prepared for the next steps. He helped me get credit for time serve (no jail). I would definitely recommend him. Great attorney to work with, thank you!!!

A great decision to hire Aaron after a bad decision of Driving Under the Influence

After being charged with an Extreme DUI I knew that I needed an attorney to help me understand my options and guide me through the process of DUI prosecution. As soon as I spoke to him for an initial consultation I knew that Aaron was the right lawyer. He asked questions to understand my particular... situation and then gave me an idea of what he would hope to achieve with my case. He was realistic in what he hoped to accomplish and did NOT make any grandiose, unrealistic promises. In the end Aaron not only got my Extreme DUI reduced to a Regular DUI but he also managed to get me credit for time served and thus kept me from having to spend any time in jail, something that I understand to be an uncommon victory. During the entire process Aaron was always professional and on top of my case. He called me to remind me of important dates and changes to my case and personally attended all of the hearings, choosing not to send an assistant in his place. There were a couple of times when I had questions about how best to handle the MVD suspension and Aaron always responded promptly and with good advice. His input really saved me from feeling lost about the best way to handle each step. If you're looking for a lawyer to help make sense of the DUI process in Arizona and for someone that is fighting for the best possible outcome for you that I would highly recommend and encourage you to consider Aaron Black.

I CANT GUSH ENOUGH

Long form charges from Arizona after relocating to PA, Aaron came recommended during a free consultation with a Pennsylvania attorney. Mr. Black couldnt have been a better blind choice. Completely unsure of how to proceed, Aaron took the reins and kept me compleely informed and educated as to what wa...s happening in my case 1900 miles away. He litigated on my behalf, ordered independent expert lab result analysis, personally interviewed officers involved. My communications were only with Mr. Black, making me feel like i was the only client on his docket, never shoving me off on an assistant. Communication came way of calls, emails & texts, with prompt response to any of my inquiries. Not only was my sentence reduced but he also got 2 of 3 charges dropped as well as discounted court fees. only had to show in Arizona to complete my sentencing, as he expertly represented me from afar. Aaron Black actually made this whole process a pleasureable as a court case can be. I really cannot say enough. I would follow him into a fire, anyday. Thank you Aaron

A DUI Lawyer that knows the in and outs of the process

Aaaron was the right lawyer for me. I had just moved to AZ and got pulled over for an Super extreme DUI, and had no idea what to do. After meeting with him for a free consultation he made it clear that he was different from the other guys who were just there for the paycheck. He was available wheneve...r i needed him and kept me in the loop about what was happening in the case the entire time. He got my charge reduced from super extreme to extreme. Also, my fines were significantly reduced saving me a lot of money and reduced jail time. In regards to the jail time he flustered the judge in the wording of the matter from 48 hours to 2 days to give me a chance at very little jail time. His knowledge of the law and sub sections of the law were very impressive. In the courtroom he remained calm which kept me calm and that is huge in a legal matter. I was very pleased with his services. If you are in need of a DUI lawyer in AZ there is only one choice Aaron Black.

I chose Black and I would definitely go back

I was charged with a dui about 2 years ago. Aaron was suggested to me by my dad who knew Aaron's father. My experience could not have been more positive, and that says a lot, especially when dealing with a court system like the one in the great city of Mesa. Along with being a very knowledgeable lawy...er, Aaron was responsive, took calls and answered messages and emails quickly. He kept me informed all the way through the case, even after it was refiled a year later. Then he was able to get the paraphernalia charge dismissed and the case reduced because he's just that awesome. I felt like he really had my best interests in mind.
