Aaron was a GODSEND with my DUI - Excellent knowledge and experience, Reliable, Caring and Honest

I received a DUI (1st offense) in Arizona September 2014. My case has been resolved as it is now July 2015 as I write this. I was completely at a loss what to do or who to call and was fortunate enough to find Aaron. I called to ask for help after reading many of his reviews and received a call back... from him within hours. He listened, asked some very critical first questions and was retained to handle my case. His quick response and experience prevented me from losing my license for a year (got it voided), my charge was reduced and several others were completely dismissed. Jail time would have been 45 days and was reduced to 3 days with 11 days home detention. He guided me through every step of the way by email, calls and text. His response time was impeccable and he demonstrated genuine understanding and concern for my fears and anxiety. His professional demeanor in the courtroom and obvious respect from the judge and prosecutors was obvious. His honesty with me about possible outcomes helped immensely and gave me hope I could get through this process and move on with my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you want an honest, reliable, knowledgeable and capable attorney to represent and advocate for you in such a difficult and confusing process. He's the BEST.

Don't hesitate - he's good!!

In March 2015, a family member got an extreme dui, the 2nd within 7 years in the City of Phoenix. The whole matter was complicated further since I lived in another state and I knew the preliminary court date was in 4 days. I searched the internet for days for a dui attorney. I came across Aaron ...Black. After reading all his 200 plus reviews, I was struck that there were no negative ones. I made a call to him and immediately got a recorded response saying he was in court and would return my call asap. That asap was about 15 minutes later. I met with Mr. Black the next day and was immediately put at ease that he would take care of the immediate and future proceedings in regards to this case. He not only answered my calls or texts promptly when I had questions, he also emailed copies of court proceedings to me without me asking!! We feel fortunate that our family member will only be spending 7 days in jail with ankle bracelet monitoring for 6 months. The ankle bracelet monitoring is WITHOUT restrictions!!!! Could have never gotten this deal without Aaron's help!!! Aaron also walks you through what you have to do with DMV, classes, community service, etc. to meet requirements set up by the court. He follows up with an email outlining everything AGAIN since he knows you are in shock with just being in court and probably can't remember a thing! If anyone reading this thinks you may be able to find someone better than Aaron Black - read his reviews - they are all true. I would not hesitate to use him again (hoping we won't have to).

This is the lawyer to hire.

If you are dealing with a DUI Aaron Black is the lawyer I would recommend. This was a highly stressful and difficult time as you can imagine and having Aaron on my side made the situation a little easier to handle. He is very knowledgable in this area and explained to me what to expect. He is readi...ly available if you have any questions and stays on top of your case. Aaron was even able to reduce my sentence which was a definite plus especially since the judge initially questioned the decision. There were a couple of hiccups with the DMV that he quickly fixed. I am so glad that I made the choice to hire Aaron Black as my lawyer during this difficult time and if I had to go back and do it over I would hire him again.

Excellent Legal Advice

Aaron Black was an excellent lawyer. It definitely felt great knowing someone was in my corner. He was able to keep a conviction off my record and always responded very quickly to my questions and concerns, even after court was over with. He was able to answer all my questions and I felt very well in...formed of my case. He spoke to the prosecutor and was able to get me back on my diversion program, and wrapped up the case much quicker than I anticipated. He also had a backup plan ready in case it hadn't gone so smoothly, and I appreciate his preparedness for that. I also appreciate his ability to reassure me that I wouldn't go to jail due to my charges and speak honestly about his concerns and how he planned to deal with them. When I told him my own concerns he was able to offer knowledge that showed I shouldn't be worried. Highly recommended!

Extreme DUI

I was arrested for an extreme DUI and was completely worried about what was to come. I started browsing this website and noticed Aaron had some of the best reviews so I gave him a call and left a message. Aaron quickly returned my call and I immediately felt a sigh of relief however I still felt scar...ed about what I needed to do next. Aaron answered every question I had and basically took over everything for me so I could go on with everyday life without having it on my mind 24/7. Aaron was able to decrease my sentence to just two days in jail rather than the full 30. Aaron really helped make this terrible experience as pleasant as imaginable and always got back to me, even very late in the evening. I highly recommend him.
