Best lawyer ever

I hired Aaron based on his reviews, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. He defended my son with integrity and skill, and went well beyond my expectations. The best part about Aaron is that he works alone, no big firm, no paralegals, not even a secretary. That means he's constantly available in ...person, without intermediaries, and he answers promptly his text messages, emails, and phone calls. The reason why he can manage all his work by himself is that he's very efficient and knows perfectly well what to do. He even went beyond my son's legal needs to help him with resources for mental treatment, and in the end he wrapped everything up quickly and with minimal impact. I have had experiences with other lawyers too, and Aaron is by far the best I've dealt with.

Great Criminal Attorney

I hired Aaron after reading the numerous excellent reviews about him. Aaron was great from the moment I contacted him - he is friendly and non-judgmental, putting me at ease during an embarrassing and stressful situation. He is extremely knowledgeable in criminal law, he patiently explained the... charges and possible sentences, and guided me as to what steps I should immediately take such as completing the drug & alcohol classes. He also quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had. The prosecutor would not initially deviate from my super extreme dui charge, but Aaron was able to find a small issue during his thorough review of the evidence (police failed to inform me of my right to an independent blood test) and argued it down to a regular extreme dui. My sentence was reduced to 2 days jail time, 7 days home detention, 12 months interlock. Additionally, the judge wanted to apply my 1 day of credit for jail time I spent prior to sentencing to my 7 days of home detention instead of jail. But thankfully, Aaron would not give up in court until he got the judge to agree to apply the credit to jail time (so I only had to serve 1 day in jail, in at 4pm & out at 12am). I am extremely grateful for Aaron’s hard work and his help in navigating this process. He is a great advocate to have on your side, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a criminal attorney.

Great Lawyer - I highly recommend!

Aaron handled my recent DUI case in Arizona. My BAC was .15 so would be considered an extreme DUI. At the time I had recently moved to the state and had no idea how severe the punishment in the state is but omg. Well I hired the right lawyer. Aaron managed to have my 1 year license suspension voided ...at MVD. He also got the charge reduced from an extreme DUI to a regular DUI. In addition, he got the court fees reduced by about 1k, got my jail time reduced from 30 days to 1 day, and the $600 fee you have to pay to go to jail was eliminated. So basically everything was lowered to the minimum. And what I also appreciated was how great Aaron communicated. He was always reachable in some form and kept me in the loop during every step. Aaron really knows what it means to be a great lawyer and has helped me out so much at a time when I really needed it. He has a very good knowledge base and understanding of the courts here in AZ. I definitely recommend him and I hope he can do for you what he did for me.

The absolute best of the best!

Aaron Black is hands down the absolute BEST attorney I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few.) If you are looking for an incredibly competent, knowledgable, trustworthy lawyer - he is the one! Aaron helped me in the very difficult situation with the law. He was able to get my case... reduced from a second time extreme DUI (120 straight days in jail) to a first time extreme, jail went from 120 days to 15 days, reduced fine, community service etc. I was able to work with Aaron directly (he did not hand my case off to an associate, like other attorneys sometimes do.) He was upfront and honest with me from the get go and was always reachable and called/emailed back promptly. If you ever find yourself making a mistake and ending up in an unfortunate circumstance, you will want Aaron in your corner. He will fight tooth and nail to provide you with the best outcome possible, which is so incredibly helpful in personal stressful situations like these. I am forever thankful beyond words for how much Aaron Black helped me. You really need an attorney like him when going through such circumstances. I cannot thank Aaron enough for not only helping me out so much, but for being an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney! BAD situations call for a GOOD lawyer!!!

I found Aaron via searching the Super Lawyers website for a DUI attorney because I knew that’s exactly what I needed! I was charged with a DUI and refused the breathalyzer, so I was at risk of having my license suspended for a year. There’s nothing better than having an attorney who is straightfor...ward, understands the severity of your situation and asks you just to let him handle it. That was difficult for me initially, because I had never been in this type of situation in my life and I was desperate but Aaron explained to me in detail how the law works and that he would have to investigate every aspect of the incident and arrest to find a good resolution to the case. After discovery, he identified that opportunity when he uncovered that some GPS data had been destroyed. This led to Aaron being able to negotiate a plea to reckless driving, the DUI charge was dismissed, no jail time, no license suspension, and no ignition interlock requirement. In addition, Aaron won the initial Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing which prevented me from losing my driver's license automatically for one year due to refusing the breathalyzer. BAD situations call for a GOOD lawyer and I’m here to tell you that AARON BLACK is it!!!
