Great attorney & great outcome

DUI Lawyer

I hired Aaron when I was arrested for DUI. Although he couldn't get me down to a reckless driving (my BAC was .147) he got me the bare minimum of fees and fines and made the whole process very easy for me. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and reachable! You can send him texts, calls, and emails and... he responds very promptly within the same day. He is very easy to talk to and will answer any question for you. In the end he made this process for me very easy and gave me peace of mind. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Aaron!

Diversion

Amazing! Aaron was available anytime and would always respond to me, texts and calls. He made everything very clear and easy to understand. He got me into the diversion program so my record would be clean (arrested for possession). I couldn't be happier.

First good advice

Aaron gave me free advice that other lawyers didn't consider on my first call. I got a dui on my out of state licence in Tempe, he said get an Arizona licence immediately or I could get punished by both states. I knew he was the guy to help. You can text him when you need to, he always keeps you info...rmed and takes the extra steps for his clients. He even arraigned jail to have a late night self surrender to county and I got out early in the morning.

Peace of Mind!

I was visiting Tempe on business from Pittsburgh. I proceeded to go to a business meal where I decided to have a couple drinks with my meal. To that end a couple drinks wasn't worth it, but finding Aaron certainly was. I was pulled over for not having my headlights on, taillights out and was on the b...icycle lane marker. I ended up with a DUI .134. I was leaving the next day to meet my family who was already on vacation in Florida. When I arrived in Florida I did much research in finding an attorney. I reached out to many, but it was Aaron who responded. He called back within minutes, we had a 30 minute consultation and I had my attorney. Throughout the process Aaron was available, kept me up to date on my case, he was diligent in his preparation and walked me through the entire process of my shortcoming. In the end Aaron had my chargers reduced from 5 - 1. I ended up with the DUI, but received credit for time served and no additional fines for the remaining chargers. Thank you Aaron!
