2nd DUI. I highly recommend Aaron

This was my 2nd dui with it being a super extreme just within the 7yr range. It is very important to hire your lawyer within a few days of the dui beings you have 15days to appeal the MVD hearing or you can try on your own. I was looking/consulting with different lawyers, the moment i spoke with Aaro...n I knew he was the one to hire. He doesn't beat around the bush and tells you how it is. We won the MVD hearing case cause Aaron had found some issues with the paperwork filed/arrest and got the cop to make admissions under oath. With these statements he was able to get me the best plea possible which not only saved me my job and my house but also a lot of money. I was looking at 6mths/180 days in jail and endless court fees along with the jail fines. Not only that but I will have less time with the ignition interlock as well. He was able to get a 1day jail time plea with it being my 2nd dui at a super extreme. Thank you once again Aaron.

misdemeanor charge for self defense

I was charged with assault after I defended myself against a individual who was a danger to themselves and others. In a misdemeanor you do not get a trial by jury, it is the judge making the decision against you. I am glad I hired Aaron Black, he was knowledgeable, honest, and fought to get me the be...st possible outcome, my ordeal lasted 1 year and 5 months and during that time he worked with me to strengthen my case and develop the best possible argument and the result was the prosecution giving us what we wanted and now I can move on with my life. On top of that the supposed victim was demanding $25000.00 in damages and through evidence gathering and more he helped get it to $1100.00... I have hired many lawyers over the years and all have been very un-pleasant but this experience was positive from beginning to end.

Aaron was great at leading me through the process, the potential outcomes, and getting me the best outcome possible. I was out of town a lot and he took care of everything in my absence - there was barely a need for me to think or worry about it. While we weren't able to make the entire charge disapp...ear into thin air (lol - one can wish), after speaking with others in the same situation I realized that I had gotten off a lot easier than they did! Thank you! I highly recommend Aaron.

I Highly reccomend Aaron Black

I hired Aaron to help me with my DUI case, throughout the entire process he was able to answer all my questions and concerns, and point me in the right direction to start taking action. I faced a 2 year suspension of my lisence, and or have a DUI on my record. Aaron was able to reduce my DUI to a rec...kless driving and minor in consumption (MIC) and instead of Jail time or suspension , he made a successful plea deal for community service and probabtion. Overall outstanding work and I am able to return to a normal life thanks to him. Very professional and polite.

Phew! Aaron is the best!

I got myself in a real rut when I got a DUI 7/11/2018. I called Aaron and one other lawyer the very next day and met with both of them before deciding who to go with. I really liked that Aaron was on top of it from the moment we talked. I told him I had a previous that was just less than 7 years old ...and although I was under the legal limit for that one, I didn't hire a lawyer and got the DUI. This time, I blew a .115 which is an extreme. Aaron talked to the prosecutor who dismissed my first one and also would drop this one to a regular DUI. He was really easy to work with and handled everything without me having to worry! I would highly recommend.
