Underage Drinking and Driving

Mr. Black was an outstanding attorney, he was able to get my first DUI arrest dropped down to a reckless driving charge. Although under the legal limit, I was underage at the time of my arrest, and with the zero tolerance law regarding underage drinking and driving, I was at risk of loosing my licens...e for two years. However, Mr. Black was able to get the charges against me dropped down to reckless driving, so I would not lose my driving privileges. Mr. Black was always available to answer any questions I had and worked quickly to close my case. I would highly recommend Mr. Black to anyone in need of his services.

Excellent Lawyer!

Found Aaron on AVVO, He definitely works for YOU! Always promptly returned messages and kept me informed about the case. DUI (and more) reduced to civil infractions, no jail, no ignition interlock, no Traffic Survival school - and fines were reduced by about $1000. I highly recommend Aaron!

Great attorney

Aaron was very good about communicating what was going on with my case. I was charged with dui and failure to stay at an accident, and Aaron was able to get the failure to stay dismissed. He was also able to keep my jail time to just 2 days even though the prosecutor originally wanted more.

Excellent lawyer!

Mr. Black represented me with an extreme DUI . He recommended veteran's court which I had no idea existed. He was able to get the penalties significantly reduced. Saved me over $1000 in fines, and was able to get the ignition interlock time reduced by 6 months. A great attorney!

Best of the best

I was recommended Aaron by a friend who found himself in a similar situation as me and although the situation was pretty bad it was made a lot easier through Aaron's assistance. I had never been in a situation like this and was quite scared to be completely honest. However, Aaron walked me through th...e whole process going above and beyond to communicate what was needed and how he was going fight to get me the best outcome possible. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and really took care of me. He really did everything he could getting the extreme DUI I was charged with down to a regular DUI as well as getting six months removed from my interlock order saving me over 1000 dollars and a lot of stress. In addition to all of that Aaron also reduced 30 days of jail time to only one night in jail which was very relieving, to say the least. Although I don't wish this experience on anyone if you find yourself in this situation I can say with full confidence that Aaron will not only take care of you but will fight for you to the very best of his ability.
