Other Lawyers call on Aaron Black with their DUI’s, Shouldn’t You?

When I was arrested for my second extreme DUI, I was facing a total of 120 day jail with 24 days served at tent city and 96 days of home arrest. Along with court fees in excess of 10k. I knew I needed a great lawyer fast. After talking with multiple lawyers, one lawyer told me if he got a DUI he woul...d call Aaron Black. That’s good enough for me! When I called Aaron he answered the phone right away and answered all my questions. Aaron is also very tech savvy with text messaging and picture messaging making communication with court documents very fast and easy. Aaron got the prosecutor to drop the my extreme DUI to a regular DUI and lowered the jail time to 50 days with only 10 days in tent city and 40 days of home arrest. Saving me lots of jail time and thousands of dollars in courts fees. I highly recommend Aaron Black for all your DUI related issues.

Aaron was great. My case was fairly typical. I was stopped on Mill Ave and charged with an Extreme DUI (BAC .016 & .0163) on 2/13/16. Aaron was able to do several things for me. 1. He was able to get my DL suspension started on the 17th instead of waiting he full 15 days. My thought was I didn't ...have my vehicle I might as well start the mandatory 30 suspension as soon as possible since I couldn't get my vehicle back for 30 days. 2. Reduced from an extreme (anything .015 or more) to a regular DUI. This meant lower fines, less jail time & only 6 months with the interlock vs 12-18. 3. Wrapped up everything at the first court date so there was no need to come back for future dates. Aaron was able to negotiate the plea deal at the first date. I knew this was the best option so we agreed and were finished within 90 minutes at the first hearing. 4. Available for expert advise and opinion anytime! This in my opinion is the most important part of his services. I called him the morning after my arrest at 9:00 am. Keep in mind a few things here. I was arrested late on 2/13/16. That was a Saturday night. I called Aaron and left a message promptly at 9:00 am, Sunday 2/14/16 (Valentines Day!) Within 15 minutes Aaron called me back and spent 30 minutes asking some general and some specific questions. He laid out what to expect and a few options. All of this was before I had retained his services. After our conversation he laid out what his fee would be and I told him I would be in touch with my decision shortly. There was no pressure whatsoever. I don't think my case was very complex compared to others I have heard about but having Aaron who understands what to do saved me so much time and saved me from loss of productivity in my work life because I didn't worry about what I should be doing or worry about trying to understand what something meant or said on a form. I mean have you ever tried to read some of those court documents? It's like trying to understand martians! The stuff is written in a foreign language. But Aaron understood and made it very simple. He also knew some things that I never would have thought of like recommending I surrender for my 1 day of jail at 11:00 pm. In my situtaion my one day was calendar so 11:00 pm to 12:01 am meant I had fulfilled my court mandated "day" in jail. I was out by 9:30 am the next morning (nothing is fast in jail) and never actually went to the tents. In summary I would HIGHLY recommend Aaron. He was knowledgable, attentive, and fair priced. I heard people's stories as I went through this of paying twice as much in similar situtations with far less to show for it. The situtation is not pleasant at all but Aaron made it as easy and as painless as possible. If you are reading this and trying to decide what to do next STOP, call Aaron & talk it through. If you don't feel uncomfortable after you talk then hang up and go another direction but I am confident that you will feel as I did.

Thank God!

Yes, I happened upon Aaron Black through reviews here and elsewhere when I found myself in need of representation for a DUI. I spent a lot of time looking and evaluating online - kinda a miserable experience based on the situation I was in. I called two attorneys. Aaron called back right away and wal...ked me through the process in a very simple but professional manner. I felt confident with him on the phone and met him a few days later. At that meeting he laid out the timetable, what I needed to do, his fees, etc. He's not a glossy law firm but a down-to-earth real person - exactly what I needed. So, needless to say this was a tough time but Aaron had a level of confidence and hope that I really appreciated. I got lucky... because of his representation and strategy, my case was dismissed. I never had to go to a meeting and he kept my case out of court. I was shocked to say the least. I know there's a possibility of it coming back up but Aaron said he would follow through on the case if he was ever needed in the future. I am 100% pleased with my selection of Aaron to represent me.

Informative trustworthy and reliable

Informative trustworthy and reliable, is how I would describe Aaron Black. Aaron kept me in the loop on what was going on with my case. I was never blindsided by what the prosecution may or may not do. We were able to get my case dismissed from an extreme DUI to a reckless driving. The judge was ev...en surprised at the plea deal that I was given. I would definitely recommend hiring Aaron Black! Thank you Aaron!

Best DUI attorney in Scottsdale, no second thought

I was broken and shattered when I got DUI citation. Being new to town, I have no references for DUI attorney. I found Aaron on internet search, believed all people who reviewed him, and called Aaron. In first call and meeting itself I felt comfortable and confident that Aaron can handle my case very ...well. Aaron is highly professional, extremely knowledgable and very very responsive to phone/text and email communications. This is huge.
