Aaron Black deliver’s trust, knowledge and expertise in DUI charges. He works around the clock putting his clients first. Aaron Black does everything possible to provide exceptional customer service and great results for his clients. Aaron handled my completed drug dui case efficiently and effectivel...y, if it wasn’t for his representation I would probably be in jail or who knows where. Whether you are a student in the wrong place at the wrong time like myself or simply someone who seeks professional and affordable legal council, in the state of Arizona, Aaron Black is a genuine life saver. I don't even know where to begin with what an amazing choice hiring him turned out to be. First let me say that although this was not my first DUI ever, it was a difficult and complicated case to say the very least. Mr. Aaron Black made this awful time from my horrible mistake as easy as possible to navigate through and finally resolve. His knowledge of the courts and his relationships from working with them clearly is a value in itself. If you are currently in a similar situation, I unquestionably recommend you seek out Aaron and get the help instead of even thinking of the public defenders office. I'm confident I'll never need this sort of help again, but I'd recommend him without hesitation to any of my friends or family for sure. When I received my DUI offense, I was in distressed and in a world of new trouble. I had no clue as to what I had gotten myself into, but what I did know was that I had to hire an attorney. I researched a lot of the top Arizona DUI lawyers and even met a few. All of them were unsuccessful and only after my money or just plain out rude. What an entirely different experience with Aaron. He literally guided me through the entire process, meticulously took me through each step, and assured that I was fully engaged and understood the process. He also provided me with all the contact numbers I needed to get my life back as it used to be. He kept me up to date with details of my case, never neglected all my questions, texts, calls or voicemails, and highly excelled in customer service. Once the sentencing came about, my beliefs that Aaron's representation would continue to excel and do the best for me came true as he pushed through his full potential and handed me the results I wanted. With a Drug DUI charge, I walked away with VERY best outcome possible for my case. Aaron kept my case to the absolute minimum sentence by law, and persuaded the judge to not put me on any probation by having me complete the classes and MADD, it kept me off TASC!! The judge made it pretty clear he knows how Arron operates, and because of that, I and all of his clients benefit. Thank you Aaron, I appreciate you!

RELENTLESS LAWYER

I was arrested for Agg Assault on a Police Officer, Agg Dui! This was my 2nd Dui within 7 years! While I was in custody my wife and mom Googled the best lawyer in the state for Dui’s And Aaron Black was at the top! So when I was released I met Aaron! He was straight forward he didn’t sugar coat nothi...ng! He told me this is what your looking at and I don’t care what you have to say! I only care what the report says! That’s when I knew Aaron was the Lawyer for me! Aaron had a tough case on his plate and a tough prosecutor! He never stopped until I was satisfied! He got my Agg Assault to a Misdemeanor Resisting Arrest! Agg Dui F6 undesignated after completing Probation and fines etc... it drops to a Misdemeanor! I got 120 days of Work Furlough! He proved my innocence with ADOT! He fought for me all the way through the jail process! When I finally made it to Furlough the PO at Furlough said your lawyer (Aaron) has been sending me endless perwork to help you get here faster! Highly recommended! Thank you Aaron!

Amazing Results!!! From super extreme DUI to reckless driving

I found Aaron on this site and based on his remarkable reviews I chose him and cannot be happier that I did. I was arrested for a super extreme DUI and was facing a year long suspension of my license. Also a possible 45 days in jail and over $4000 in fines, and an interlock device in my car for a yea...r. Aaron conducted a very thorough investigation and he found a due process violation and hired an expert to look at my blood. He then was able to convince the prosecutor to drop the charges to reckless driving.....reduced fines to $810, no jail time, no license suspension, no interlock device!!! This was amazing!! And not only did he do an amazing job, Aaron was very very responsive (the first time I called him was a Sunday morning around 9am and he answered the phone and I had an appointment the next day). Aaron was patient,answering my many many questions. Kept me informed through every step in the process. He was very professional and very easy to work with. He turned what was the worst situation I have ever faced into an very positive experience. I cannot thank him enough. Five stars may not be enough!!

Fantastic Lawyer

After being charged with a super extreme DUI, I immediately began to review and meet with lawyers. Many I met with or spoke to did nothing to ease my anxiety or made outlandish claims of getting me off with something equating to a slap on the wrist. Aaron Black was very up front and realistic, incred...ibly knowledgable, and left me feeling confident he was the lawyer for me. I hired him after our consultation and am incredibly happy I did. He was able to keep my DUI from becoming a felony, keep me from having to serve a mandatory 48 hours in jail, and save me a substantial amount in court fees. All this was amazing and more than I could have hoped for. I would hire him again and will refer him to anyone who may require the services he provides. Through the entire case, he was friendly, knowledgeable, explained every step of the process, and took care of all paperwork and court appearances he could on my behalf. All Star Attorney - saved me from jail

After being charged with and Extreme DUI and Criminal Destruction of Property, I was looking at some material jail time. In addition, I was being threatened by police with being charged with felony assault (because someone in the vehicle was injured), which comes with a 5 year minimum. I phoned aro...und to my normal attorney and asked for the best DUI lawyer around and they gave me Aaron's name and I am very glad they did. Aaron got right to work, hired an investigator, reviewed police tapes, found a number of mistakes made by the police and on my behalf he negotiated with the prosecutors. In the end, I had to pay a small fine, did no jail time, had all DUI charges and Criminal Destruction of Property charges dropped. He literally saved me.
