Great Lawyer

Getting the DUI was one of the most stressful experiences of my life but Aaron made the process a whole lot easier, I did not have to go to court until the day I took a plea, Aaron did everything and kept me updated through email and text which helped me continue with my daily schedule. In addition t...o that, he managed to convince the judge to change my jail time from 48 hours to 2 days and I know that doesn't sound like a big difference. Definitely recommend Aaron as the best in the valley to help you deal with DUI's.

I strive to make this process as easy as possible. I am always available by text, email or a phone call. The judge liked our argument about jail. We even convinced the prosecutor. 48 hours turned into a few hours.

Best choice for legal consultation without question

Mr. Blavk is a godsend. I found out about DUI charge after 3 yrs in the dark. Ge took on my case with a very late notice and did extremely well filling motions to get my case reduced or dismissed. This was a tough case for me as my career and livelihood for my family was in the balance. He investiga...ted the area of charge ge interviewed officers and witnesses. He went above and beyond in helping me and one of the motions ge filed with courts was granted and my case was dismissed. Total shocker. I was down and facing a long hole going deeper until Mr. Black probed why he is one of if not the top attorney in Arizona. He is awesome. Fair and knows the law and all the options to help anyone facing a DUI or legal matter. I believe he is the best choice for an attorney in Arizona and anyone would be naive to bot consult and obtain him to represent then in court. Abraham, our results were awesome! I must admit, I was in shock too. I knew we had a good case for trial, but the judge ruling in our favor before we got to the jury was fantastic. I am so glad you can move on with your career!

He was a great Lawyer

Aaron was recommended to me by a friend that had previously used him as an attorney, and had nothing but good things to say about him, and the judge that we appeared in front of was the one who recommended Aaron to my friend. He made sure to keep my plea at the minimum despite an accident, my 2 day s...entence in jail was only an overnight stay, and he helped me throughout the entire process.

Best choice for DUI lawyer

Aaron represented my son for a DUI charge. He was absolutely terrific to work with. He provided excellent advice, as well as ongoing support and follow-up assistance. He was able to secure the best outcome we could have hoped for, including reduced jail time from 9 days to 2-3 hours for overnight ...stay. All in all, I would rank Aaron at the top of the list for lawyers I have retained throughout my professional career.

Excellent DUI Lawyer

Receiving a DUI was a mistake I wish I could erase. It has been a long and traumatic experience for me. I called Aaron the night after my arrest expecting a voicemail since it was after hours - nope, Aaron answered the phone. He immediately started asking me questions about my arrest. He then told m...e what was going to happen to me - no sugar coating! I figured if I’m this screwed with a lawyer then things could be worst without one. After a day of thinking, I hired Aaron. I am so thankful I made the decision to have Aaron by my side. He was always available and answered all of my questions. Aaron told me everything I should get done before sentencing. Aaron went to court multiple times on my behalf asking for continuances so I had time to get everything done. On the day of my sentencing, Aaron stood by my side when facing the judge. What a relief it was to have him with me. Aaron requested early release from my one day in jail. Since I had everything done prior going to court, it put the judge in a good mood. The judge honered the early release request. I then said thank you and goodbye to Aaron, thinking it would be the last time seeing him. When entering processing at the county jail I was refused admission due to missing information on my paperwork. I had to go back to court to get it fixed. The second time I went to jail I was refused again for high blood pressure. Aaron went to court with me the next day and requested “time served” since I had went through processing twice. The judge at the time refused the request. The following week Aaron and I saw the judge that sentenced me. This judge considered it time served. No jail for me! Thank you Aaron.
