DUI-DRUGS, DUI Criminal Traffic Citation in AZ

I was recently charged with an DUI-DRUGS for no obvious reason. It was my first (and definitely my last) DUI so I did not know what to do, how to proceed. Then, I decided to seek Attorney's help/guidance and found Aaron Black who offered me a discounted fee/cost structure compared to other attorneys.... What I then observed that Aaron was very professional, very responsive, and was always available to answer any questions/concerns that I had - he even took calls after hours and replied to my emails on the weekends.He thus kept me informed on the case. He was well prepared to represent my case/me, and was very knowledge of the court processing. He took time and wrote a letter to prosecutor to dismiss my case based on agreeing to my innocence/not at fault at all (no drinking and no drugs involved for this citation). After that in couple weeks, my case was dismissed and that made me very happy. Thus, Aaron was the attorney who gets that done smoothly and quickly. I found him very honest, energetic and dynamic attorney. So most importantly, he got my case dismissed without going into pre-trial conference, so what else you need/want from your attorney? I strongly recommend him for your hire and am giving him all my trust and confidence in resolving your matter/case promptly and in your favor with the facts that you will provide him.

Outstanding!

Mr. Black was always available to answer our questions. He communicated with us every step of the way. We were totally lost when it came to being arrested or court procedures, and Aaron was able to alleviate our concerns with his preparedness and knowledge of the whole judicial system. Through hi...s hard work, he was able to reduce my son's felony DUI to a lesser charge thereby eliminating a jail sentence, felony charge, and extensive fines. Aaron Black is a very smart, very professional lawyer, and I would highly recommend him to everyone who needs a defense attorney.

Case Dismissed!

I was arrested by a DUI task force on a holiday weekend for DUI. Aaron came highly recommended by a trusted family friend who happends to be a well respected attorney in the community where we live. He told us there was no one better suited for the job than Aaron. Aaron was straight forward an hones...t. I was very impressed with his confidence and knowledge of the law. He was diligent in gathering evidence, interviewing witnessess and presenting evidence to the prosecutor. Because he took the time to really get to know me and what happend when I got arrested, he was able to put together a very strong case for at least a reduced charged. However, Aaron took it one step further and ended up getting the case dismissed. If you need an outstanding attorney who will fight every step of the way for you, then Aaron is the man for the job. Thank you again Aaron!

Lawyer like no other

I am amazed at the experience that I received with Aaron. Ya I know, the legal experience is rarely enjoyable. However, Aaron's knowledge, availability, and competence is second to none. Working with Aaron made the process as painless as it could be. He always gave me a plan of action and various op...tions that might present themselves along the way. I was not able escape the charges but Aaron represented me to ensure all policies and procedures were followed. It was especially important as I was an "out-of-state" client. We all have to take responsibility for our actions so all I could ask is that I was properly represented and kept in touch with the legal system. Aaron called me before going into meetings as well as giving feedback immediately after. I felt as if I was present from his communication via the phone and email. He would scan any legal and court documents and I would see them shortly after Aaron received them. Aaron personally answers all calls, voice mail, email, and texts immediately or promptly after court sessions. Never passed off to another party. You get answers and advice straight from Aaron no matter the means of communication. I have dealt with and interviewed several lawyers regarding real estate, divorce, and DUI matters but have not met any like Aaron. I would unquestionably refer anyone to Aaron for legal advice. Give him a call and very quickly you will understand why he has an strong rating.

Aaron Black - Excellent Attorney

Aaron Black is an excellent attorney, and you will recognize his vast knowledge of the law when you first consult with him. He is available 7 days per week and answers calls right away, even on weekends. Despite being charged with extreme DUI, Aaron had several counts against me dismissed and got m...e the minimum sentence. He works solo so you do not have to go through a paralegal. He really seemed to care about my case and its outcome. I recommend Aaron Black to anyone charged with a DUI. Aaron will be by your side through the entire process.
