Superman!

First off I couldn't have been more lucky and now so thankful to have come across Aaron, I was arrested for an extreme DUI in AZ and I live out of state and as I scrambled to head home after being charged Aaron was able to get started on my case asap. He was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable ...and kept me informed throughout the entire process while also keeping my mind and stress at ease. Aaron was able to dismiss my extreme DUI, reducing my 30 day jail time to 0! Getting the interlock reduced from 12 months to nothing and saving me approximately $3,000 in fines. I highly recommend Aaron!

Above and beyond

After being arrested for my DUI I began searching the web for all the possibilities of what COULD be. This was the first time I had found myself in trouble with the law and I didn't know what the outcome would be and I was scared. Aaron was able to explain in full detail the minimums and maximums of ...my situation and give me peace of mind. He is always available to talk; whether it be a text, call, or email. He handled my court dates for me and let me know when I needed to be present and what I would be walking into. In the end he was able to get me minimal time with work release, got my fines reduced dramatically, and gave me step by step instructions of what I need to handle myself with the courts as well as the MVD. All in all, I know that without Aaron's help the outcome for my situation would have been drastically worse and I'm grateful that he was my representation.

Extremely Thorough, Competent, & Honest

I was arrested for a DUI. This was my first experience with the Criminal Justice System and after conducting research on the Internet I quickly realized I should hire an attorney. Aaron Black always came back at the top of all my searches. I filled out the contact form on his website, on a Saturda...y, and received a call from him within one hour. We met the next day, on Sunday, for a free consultation. During my initial consultation, Aaron was extremely thorough, honest, and realistic in his evaluation of my situation. He made no promises and explained what I could expect to happen with the Courts and the MVD during this entire process. I made the decision to hire him and I am glad I did. Aaron kept me fully informed and was readily available to answer any of my questions during this trying time. Knowing what to expect and how to proceed, at each step, was a huge relief. Through his work, he was able to save me over $1,000 in fines, one day of jail, home detention, and provided me the opportunity to get my ignition interlock device removed after 6 months. Best lawyer in Phoenix

July 1st, 2017 I was being charged with two separate DUI cases with one prior. I was looking at a possible felony conviction and prison time. Fortunately I came across Aaron Black and decided to hire him. He was able to get me one of the best possible outcomes. He successfully worked out a plea wi...th the prosecution which entailed of only 1 month of jail time and 4 months of house arrest. He also made sure that the 1 month of jail included work release (12 hours a day, 6 days a week). He kept the two DUIs as misdemeanors, no felony on my record. He was also able to successfully waive all of my jail costs. Not only did I get a wonderful deal, (which I know is true because even the judge told me how rare of a plea deal this was) but he also kept me informed on every aspect of the case. He was available anytime to answer any questions I may have had. I could not have been more satisfied with his services. You may be wondering if you should truly pay for a lawyer when you're charged with a DUI.. as I did too. But I can tell you first-hand that Aaron was able to work through some very small yet pertinent details that the average court-appointed lawyer would over look. Five Star Attorney with 5 Star results!

I cannot praise enough the efforts and results that I received from Aaron. I was charged with a DUI the very first day I moved to Scottsdale. Yay. I googled Attys. and luckily I chose Aaron. He put me at ease immediately, Listening very carefully to my story. He explained the law in detail making sur...e I understood the situation. Then he went to work. He had me immediately try to obtain an AZ license and cancel my out of state license to avoid having to do 2 states worth of penalties. It worked! He had my blood retested to hope for a lower blood alcohol level. It worked! He successfully fought and won a legal issue with the stop. He also was able to get the charge reduced from DUI to a Reckless Driving!! There's more. I did not have to serve any jail time, he reduced my fines by $1,000.00, and kept me from having to install an interlock! He promptly returned all of my calls, taking the time to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Aaron Black. He turned a potentially nightmare scenario into a minor inconvenience.
