TOP NOTCH ATTORNEY

I was ticketed for DUI, searched the internet Aaron Black was the first attorney that popped up. Gave him a call, he was very easy and understanding to visit with. He did all the leg work, met with prosecutors without my having to appear in court, except for final hearing. He was able to reduce t...he charges from DUI to Reckless Driving. No jail time, no probation, no interlock device. This was such a relief. Like I said, he was extremely thorough, easy to work with. Knows his business for sure. HIRE HIM! Saved me from jail and license revocation.

DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHER! I found myself in a position a few months ago, much like yourself now, looking on the internet for “Best DUI attorney in Scottsdale” I had already left a few messages with attorneys when I came across Aaron Black. His reviews were great, and I was impressed with everything I r...ead. He was my 3rd call on a Saturday morning, the night after my accident where I was charged with an Extreme DUI. After I left him a message, I was confident that I wanted to work with him but assumed the previous attorneys I called would reach out first. Aaron called me within the hour. I told him that I had a previous DUI within 8 years in another state and that I was scared to death. I could not go to jail. He agreed to meet me with my husband the following day, on a SUNDAY, and go over everything with me. Aaron broke down worst case and best case for me, explained each charge, and what we were up against. I was drinking and driving and hit a car almost head on. The situation was not good for me. Still, I felt confident that I hired the right attorney to handle this. He was straightforward and spoke with confidence, unpretentious and non-judgmental. Fast forward to now, 3 months later. I met Aaron in court feeling fully prepared, he walked me through everything. I did not get 120 days in jail. I received 2 days, which is overnight essentially so not 48 hours, and 7 days home detention. All other charges were dismissed. Aaron was able to prevent my prior from being filed, was able to prevent a felony charge for driving the wrong way, and all other traffic charges were dismissed. I also received the minimum driving restriction possible. This was huge for me. When facing 120 days in jail and having a felony hanging over your head, driving privilege potentially revoked for a year, I could not have wished for a better outcome. If you find yourself in this situation or even if it’s a regular DUI, hire him. Not to mention, during the classes I had to take (not getting out of this) anytime I was asked who my attorney was, I was told I had hired one of the best. This came up multiple times which again made me feel in good hands. Being charged with a DUI is very scary, overwhelming and it can feel hopeless. Having Aaron as my attorney was the best decision I could have made. Do not let anyone tell you that you don’t need an attorney. You do. Hiring him will ensure the best outcome for you.

Excellent Representation for Aggravated DUI

I landed on Aaron Blacks page after making a terrible mistake one night. I interviewed several lawyers who all wanted me to come in, pay a retainer, and told me to start with them right away without really listening to what was going on. Aaron stood out above all of them. During the first phone call ...he listened carefully, intently, and told me the truth of my situation right from the start. Once I received paperwork from the state I called him back right away. With Aaron I knew I was in great hands. I only talked directly to him and he was available at any hour of the day to answer every single question I had. He had me prepared for every single court date and made sure I had every class and requirement done way before I even needed to. We were beyond prepared for every single appearance. He was able to show the court my true character, and that I had made a mistake and was truly remorseful. He fought the prosecution aggressively and kept me updated every time something changed. I was facing two felony counts of aggravated DUI looking at ten days in jail with the prosecution asking for two years probation. Aaron had me beyond prepared on the day of sentencing. Aaron successfully kept my sentence to the minimum, and I could tell he was always two steps ahead of the prosecutor. He was able to get one charge dismissed and the other reduced to a misdemeanor. I was able to retain all of my rights. He got ten days in jail reduced to one, and also got my probation cut in half to a year. It was the best outcome I could hope for. I can tell Aaron is respected by his colleagues, and carries himself in such a professional manner. I am so happy I made the decision to hire him. If you ever find yourself in a bad situation like me, relax. Pick up the phone and call Aaron Black.
