Highly Recommend

I had a DUI for the first time in my life at the age of 66. I was horrified, worried, & embarrassed and had no idea what to do. A friend of my son’s recommended Aaron Black. The first time I met him he made me feel comfortable and he was so easy to talk to. He was very accessible, either by phone, te...xt, or email and responded promptly. He kept my drivers license from being suspended, so I was able to drive to and from work without any complications. He kept my sentencing to a minimum and I only had to spend 1 night in jail, which ended up only being 6 hours. He is very professional, helpful, & efficient. I highly recommend Aaron Black.

Reliably available !!

I had my first (and last) DUI recently. I contacted an attorney who I knew for other things and he referred me to Aaron Black without hesitation. He told me that this is who he would have represent him if he ever had a DUI. Aaron met me on Sunday after my DUI two nights before (and after I ha...d just got out of jail!) I was feeling very helpless and quite frankly overwhelmed. He reassured me that I was going to be okay and provided me with a large and well thought out packet of information about the process and what was coming, very helpful resources, and most importantly confidence that my life was not over. He helped me set up classes right away that were helpful for me psychologically but also were ultimately needed by court months later. He helped me manage a camera red light violation that I was unaware of that could have altered my period of suspension adversely. He was always readily available. He negotiated me down from an extreme DUI to a regular DUI, jail time was reduced from 30 days to the single day I had already spent (more than enough!!) and my interlock device was reduced from 12 months to one that can come off after 6 months. This was for a violation that was out of town!! And was for a blood alcohol of 0.19 !! Amazing !! I do not recommend a DUI for anyone. But if you find yourself in this unfortunate predicament I very strongly recommend Aaron !!

Use Aaron as your lawyer!

Aaron was great to work with, and very thorough. On the day of my hearing he got me down from an extreme dui, assault, resisting arrest and failure to obey dismissed. Instead, I accepted a plea, but I was able to keep out of jail, which was my main goal, Fines were reduced from $2700 to $1500. Inte...rlock reduced from 12 months to possibly 6 months. Mandatory jail was credit for time served, and there is no home detention. I had a lot of charges, so this was no small effort for Aaron. I highly recommend Aaron as your lawyer, shall you need one!

Incredible Lawyer

Aaron is a tremendous defense lawyer, I came to him shortly after being convicted of having a DUI not knowing what I was going to do, and understood that getting a lawyer would be my best decision to help me through the process. I did a little research throughout the internet and decided I would give... him a call. To my surprise, he personally answered within at least 1-2 rings and after explaining everything that happened, he helped get through the entire court process with ease. On top of that, he also got 1 additional charge dropped, and got my sentencing lowered from super extreme to just an extreme, a reduced overall fine, and we even went back into the court room to ask the judge if we could have the jail sentencing reduced to which he said yes, going from 10 days just to 2, HUGE RELIEF! I’m very grateful for the lengths that Aaron took to help me through this process, ESPECIALLY after we finished the court case, he has continued to help and ensure that all of my questions and needs are answered. If you’re reading this, you found the attorney that’s going to help you through the process easily. The communication and the timeliness are an A+! Thanks again Aaron!

Very Satisfied

My case was reduced from an extreme DUI to a regular DUI, fines reduced from base of $2700 to $1500. The jail sentence was reduced from 30 days to a 1-day sentence with credit for time served, judge even waived the jail fees of $400. The interlock reduced from 12 months to now one that can come off... after 6 months. As well as received credit for the alcohol classes I did previously. Arron was awesome and stayed in communication with you throughout via text/email/talking the entire process. Definitely would recommend!
