Best Lawyer in the State

First off, back in September 2019 when I was searching through google for a DUI lawyer I came across Aaron and I thought he had too many good reviews and they might have been fake. That was absolutely not the case, this man has the best reviews in the state of Arizona and it’s for a good reason. Afte...r hiring Aaron, he constantly stayed in communication with me, always letting me know what was going on and was always really easy to reach through text or call. Even after blowing a .110, he got my case dismissed and DUI dropped after he searched through hours of police body cam footage and finding an issue with police saying some sleazy things after my arrest. Not only was I facing potential jail time but also had to pay $1,600 in fees if found guilty of the DUI. I ended up walking out of the last court date with the charges getting dropped and my record staying clean and a small fee of $400.

Excellent

I contacted Aaron Black in February as a recommendation through a friend who had a similar case as I did. I quickly found Aaron through the Google search engine. Super pleased to have met and been represented by Aaron Black. He is incredibly professional, he was able to explain the legal process and ...cover all my questions I had about my case with such ease. He is quick to respond, has great clear instruction that made everything feel less overwhelming. It was a pleasure to have Aaron Black as my criminal lawyer. In the end, Aaron had numerous charges dismissed, got credit for all of my alcohol counseling, and kept my sentence to the very minimum. He also explained other possible sentences in order of severe to light. I highly recommend Aaron Black.

Aaron reduced my Extreme DUI to a Regular DUI without any jail time—I feel blessed to have found him.

Having never received so much as a parking ticket before, facing an extreme DUI charge was a very, very scary scenario. On the day of my arrest, I called Aaron and it was immediately clear that he was experienced, thoughtful, and had only the best intentions of helping me navigate my case. When he di...scovered I didn't yet have a court date, he was still happy to walk me through the next steps and put me at ease during our initial conversation. When the court system failed to notify me about my court date a full year later and issued a warrant for my arrest (a completely alien experience), Aaron was the first person I called. He helped me navigate the logistics of how to resolve the matter, reinstate my license, and quash the warrant. There are so many components to the legal system that it really takes a professional to understand—I was glad to have Aaron helping me every step of the way. Finally, when my case was addressed, Aaron walked me through all of the potential outcomes so I knew exactly what to expect. During a time of extreme self-judgment and shame, he always treated me with kindness, a sense of humor, and understanding. He worked with the prosecutor to reduce my Extreme DUI to a Regular DUI—a huge improvement that I can only chalk up to Aaron's professionalism and familiarity with others in the field. When we went to sign my plea, he was even able to argue that my time in a holding cell the night of my arrest counted for time served, and the judge agreed—effectively eliminating any jail time I needed to do. Aaron helped me get through the most difficult challenge of my life and reduced my fines by over $1,000, my interlock time by 6 months, and kept me out of jail. To have my case wrap up the week of Thanksgiving seemed extremely fitting... I know I am extremely grateful to have Aaron represent me.

Couldn't have found a better lawyer. He's amazing!

I had put myself in a terrible situation in March of 2018 and was facing a felony criminal damage charge from a super extreme dui with a bac of .37 that could have landed me in prison and cost $50,000 in restitution. Aaron was recommended to me by a friend and let me tell you it was the best decision... I'd ever made. Not only was he easy to contact, (I could text instead of call) thorough and understanding, but never once did he make me feel anything othother than completely confident and when I would get worried he never cared if I called to have him explain something or answer the same question I'd asked a million times. He went above and beyond and got my felony charge for driving a car into a house down to a misdemeanor no jail time no restitution and 3 months unsupervised probation with 25 hours of community service. I thought my life was over, he saved it.

Aaron was BEYOND what I expected

I recently put myself in a bad situation after getting arrested for a DUI in Phoenix as an out of state resident. BAC 0.17 at the scene and BAC 0.19 at the station. I had no idea what to expect and was suddenly faced with some horrible consequences. I began researching and looking at reviews of lawye...rs in the area and came across Aaron Black. I explained my situation and he instantly told me what the reality was likely to be once everything was finalized. Which was a sudden relief and when we finalized HE WAS COMPLETELY RIGHT. Through the whole process, every question I had would be answered by Aaron within minutes. This made the worrying of situations instantly better. Aaron was beyond what I expected for keeping in contact and I found this to be HUGE being an out of state resident. My end results was -Jail for a few hours -Home arrest for 7 days -Court fines -36 hours of Dui classes -Interlock in my vehicle for 12+ months The jail for a few hours was a life saver for me resulting in me being able to keep my employment, fines and realistically not being in jail. Even as a first time offender, I could be looking at 30+ days for an extreme DUI. Another suggestion Aaron Black made was to not test my blood taken from the station due to the fact that if my 0.19 blood came back higher that would push me into the 0.20 (super extreme DUI) which I agreed was definitely something I wanted to stay away from. When I was finalized in court, the judge also said to Aaron and I that it was good we did not test the blood due to possibility of putting myself into a WAY worse situation. To anyone considering Aaron Black. I can not thank him enough for all his of his help and how calming he made this horrible situation. I would BEYOND recommend him for anyone caught in a rough scenario and I couldn't have imagined this going as smooth as it did with anyone else.
