Super Extreme DUI w/accident

Aaron got my case reduced from a super extreme DUI to a regular DUI with NO JAIL, fines reduced from base of $3700 to $1500 (plus the emergency fees), jail reduced from 45 days to a 0 day sentence despite being will over a .20, in a roll-over accident and injuring my passenger (my friend) interlock r...educed from 18 months to now one that can come off after 12 months. Not only was this greatly reduced and I stayed out of jail, we were able to avoid felony aggravated assault charges! This was all done because Aaron put pressure on the prosecutor regarding time of driving and witness statements. I am beyond grateful!

True Professional

Aaron was my defense attorney after being arrested for DUI. He was able to get me the minimum punishment even though I had terrible behavior during my arrest. Additionally since I refused a breathalyzer I was facing a year suspension of my driver license. Aaron successfully defended me at my DMV hear...ing and I was only suspended for 30 days. Getting arrested is stressful, but Aaron is a great guy to have in your corner. He was actually Refered to me by my friend who happens to be top brass in Scottsdale PD. Apparently the DUI guys aren’t a fan of his, which is good for a defendant. All in all, great service and result. Key thing, don’t drink and drive, but if you make a mistake and need help, he’s your guy. Thanks Aaron

Excellent Attorney!

Aaron black is sharp and highly efficient. He was very quick to reply to my e-mails, which was really reassuring. At our first meeting, I was impressed by how attentive and patient he was when I told him the injustice inflicted on me. I will always remember the fact that he took extensive notes and t...he way he did it, in part because my first divorce attorney whom I fired, did nothing comparable. The fact that the charge my soon-to-be ex pressed against me was the result of his chilling false allegations about an violent event he instigated and of his use of my nine year old daughter to conceal his violence and frame me does not make my case easy. Nor does it necessarily mean I was to be treated with justice. However, in retrospect, Aaron Black got me the deal, a pre plea diversion at a lightning speed. The reality is that within a month or so after my first meeting with Aaron in late February and my subsequent hiring of him, he got the above-noted deal. Prior to obtainment of the deal, Aaron succinctly pointed out the inconsistencies in a police report concerning my ex-to-be’s allegations and conveyed his intelligent professional opinions about the charge against me. That is to say, the charge against me does not make any sense and by implication should be dismissed without any conviction. I have already got the official order of dismissal. I believe it is his rational thinking and rich professional experiences as well as his compassion that helped me clear myself of false allegations. If you are looking for a highly capable and understanding attorney who will shield you from injustice, I strongly recommend you to work with Aaron Black!! Life becomes a lot easier and, in my opinion, will always get better with nice people around us!! Take care !

Aaron is great!

I was referred to Aaron after my first-ever citation for speeding, and he worked hard to get my court date vacated — he really listened to me and emphasized what I hoped he would emphasize in his filing to the court. I completed defensive driving school and my ticket was subsequently dismissed thanks... to Aaron's efforts. He was available when I needed to chat and was super helpful throughout this process. Can't thank him enough!

Excellent Service, Definitely Recommend

Was charged with a pretty high BAC count. If not for Aaron, would definitely have suffered severe consequences. Aaron, was able to bring down all the charges to the bare minimum allowed by state law, which let me continue on with my daily life without hindrance.
