Reliably available !!

I had my first (and last) DUI recently. I contacted an attorney who I knew for other things and he referred me to Aaron Black without hesitation. He told me that this is who he would have represent him if he ever had a DUI. Aaron met me on Sunday after my DUI two nights before (and after I ha...d just got out of jail!) I was feeling very helpless and quite frankly overwhelmed. He reassured me that I was going to be okay and provided me with a large and well thought out packet of information about the process and what was coming, very helpful resources, and most importantly confidence that my life was not over. He helped me set up classes right away that were helpful for me psychologically but also were ultimately needed by court months later. He helped me manage a camera red light violation that I was unaware of that could have altered my period of suspension adversely. He was always readily available. He negotiated me down from an extreme DUI to a regular DUI, jail time was reduced from 30 days to the single day I had already spent (more than enough!!) and my interlock device was reduced from 12 months to one that can come off after 6 months. This was for a violation that was out of town!! And was for a blood alcohol of 0.19 !! Amazing !! I do not recommend a DUI for anyone. But if you find yourself in this unfortunate predicament I very strongly recommend Aaron !!

Use Aaron as your lawyer!

Aaron was great to work with, and very thorough. On the day of my hearing he got me down from an extreme dui, assault, resisting arrest and failure to obey dismissed. Instead, I accepted a plea, but I was able to keep out of jail, which was my main goal, Fines were reduced from $2700 to $1500. Inte...rlock reduced from 12 months to possibly 6 months. Mandatory jail was credit for time served, and there is no home detention. I had a lot of charges, so this was no small effort for Aaron. I highly recommend Aaron as your lawyer, shall you need one!

Highly recommend Aaron Black as your attorney!

After being arrested for extreme DUI with a .16, Aaron was able to reduce my case to a regular dui due to my refusal of breathalyzer. I got only 1 day of jail time with a 3 day home detention with 500 dollars less of fines to pay. Aaron gives set goals and also tells you what is to be expected or can... be expected after reviewing all the footage and questioning police officer. Dealing with many small details to get the best result for your case. Aaron is very professional, very informative ( gives you a packet full of info you can review that will help to understand what you will expect), and he is highly efficient! Do not be afraid to ask Aaron anything for he is there to help!

Incredible Attorney

Aaron was the first and only attorney I called for my DUI crash. He was extremely attentive, didn’t sugar coat and got right on the case, quashing my warrant and hiring experts to review my blood tests. With his attention to detail and experts he was able to get my DUI down to a reckless driving, no ...jail time, reduced fines and had me complete my classes to have my supervised probation to unsupervised! Absolutely the best attorney and highly recommend him! 10/10!!

I’ll be able to keep my job because of Aaron Black. Reduced extreme DUI to a regular DUI

I had no idea what to expect when looking into DUI defense attorneys. After contacting several attorneys, I was most impressed with how attentive and quick to respond Aaron was. While I was waiting to hear back from other attorneys’ paralegals, Aaron called and texted me back on a holiday the day aft...er my DUI arrest and took the time to explain the DUI defense process to me. He was very straightforward with me and set clear expectations. He reviewed the police body camera and patrol car videos, reviewed all the documentation done by the police, and interviewed the officer who arrested me. In the end, I accepted a plea deal that Aaron negotiated with the prosecutor that reduced my extreme DUI (over 0.17) to a regular DUI, reduced my 30 days in jail to 14 days of home detention with work release, reduced my fines by $1000, and reduced my car interlock from 1 year to 6 months. He also guided me in dealing with the MVD so I could get my car out of the impound and start driving on a restricted license. Soon, I’ll be able to get my license reinstated. I highly recommend Aaron Black, he knows what he’s doing and will give you sound advice. Based on my experience, he may even be able to significantly reduce your sentencing.
