Someone I trust to handle a difficult case

Aaron is a phenomenal DUI attorney and I’m so happy that I was able to have him on my side during a really difficult time of my life. He came highly recommended by a friend who went through her own DUI last year, and as soon as I first contacted him, Aaron has been nothing but professional, responsiv...e, and easy to work with! I was charged with an extreme DUI last year (my first DUI) and he set proper expectations, kept me in the loop on next steps, and was even proactive on things that I could take care of before my court date to help improve my odds. He was able to successfully reduce the charges to a regular DUI - this was a huge win for me because the jail time went from 30 days to 1 day with no home detention, the interlock device was brought down from 12 months to 6, and my fines were much lower as well. It has been a huge weight off my shoulders to have someone I trust handle my case and I’m thrilled with my decision to work with him! Thank you Aaron!!

Regular DUI with accident to Reckless Driving

I was involved in an accident and was arrested for Regular DUI. After months of anxiety and stress, Mr. Black kept me calm, focused, and we had a plan. Since the first call. I called him, hung up, and HE called me back! He just knew. I hired him. Met him in person. He is a straight shooter, keeps it ...100% real, and doesn’t sugar coat a thing. He changed my life. Super extreme DUI to Regular DUI

I hired Aaron for a super extreme DUI I was pulled over for in August 2022. I had hired him after hiring another firm first. I fired my first firm because they sugar coated everything they were saying to me, all while not preparing me for my future charges or giving me any plans of attack for court. ...So I went to Aaron because he was straight forward with my case from the beginning knowing the only way I’d get a dismissal is if he could find a mistake on their end. But going into court prepared and showing accountability would go a long way, as well. It’s safe to say I was guilty and my behavior when I was pulled over did me no favors. I was charged with super extreme DUI, but on Aaron’s first visit with the prosecutor, he had them offering me a regular DUI charge. Jail went from 45 days to 1 day, home detention deleted, fines reduced from $3700 to $1700, interlock reduced from 18 months to 12 months (that can be reduced to 6 months by the MVD). And because he had me so prepared for court by having me do my alcohol treatment and MADD courses before I saw a judge, the judge completely terminated 1 year unsupervised probation. The judge said he’d never seen anyone so prepared. I’m so happy to say that only about 5 months after my incident, I am considered all good and done with the court already. He’s quick to answer and does his due diligence. I’m so thankful it’s over, and so quickly! Go with Aaron.

A Consummate Professional!

Aaron is at the top of his field. Not a DUI/DWI case, but his website ranked highest for my accident charge, and I am happy I put my trust in first impressions. He is very personable, but to the point. Does not sugarcoat anything, but also made me feel like the best person was on the case. Aaron does... not miss the details within the details. Excellent Lawyer

Aaron deserves nothing but a five-star review for his excellent work on my DUI case. I definitely picked the right guy to represent me. I received an excellent deal. He interviewed the cops and learned of an audio recording which they never disclosed as evidence. That was played to our advantage for ...a reduced plea. The new plea kept my case to the minimum. My fines were reduced from $2700 to $1500, MVD can now reduce the interlock device from 12 months to 6 months, home detention was deleted, and I only spent one night in jail. All of this with a BAC of .184 and previous DUI history. Even the judge was impressed and commented how she had never seen a plea like ours.
