First Time Offender

I got in trouble with an assault charge, it was my first offense. I was so frightened and had no idea what to do. Then I found Aaron Black online and his reviews were great. I got in touch with him and from the first meeting, I knew I was in good hands. He was there every step of the way and he handl...ed my case with professionalism, it seemed he really cared what happened to me and fought to get the best results. He interviewed the cops, and reviewed the video from the date of the incident, he got my case reduced from assault to a diversion criminal damage - that means my case will be dismissed with the completion of classes and payment. He had me prepared for sentencing and had me set up to complete the classes before you were ordered to do so. All in all, I would 100% recommend him as your attorney and he has made what seemed to be the worst thing to happen to me in my life into a palatable experience with a better than I could have imagined plea agreement.

Cased dismissed

Aaron did a fantastic job. He got my extreme dui case dismissed and also fought to keep my driving privileges in good standing with DMV. Definitely recommend Aaron Black.

I really appreciate the review. So glad your DUI and MVD cases were both dismissed in full! We found some crazy issues in your case including an unlawful arrest, an officer not telling the complete truth, and a violation of your right to counsel. Despite the prosecution not seeing it the same way and unwilling to negotiate, we continued the fight and your Phoenix DUI case was ultimately dismissed in full.

He’s the absolute best!

I found Aaron while I was frantically googling a good lawyer after I got my DUI. I called him for a phone consultation and he immediately made me feel better and calm as I was freaking out, so i decided to go with him. He was very patient with me and was always available to answer any questions I had... at any hour. I had a super extreme DUI and he got it reduced to a regular DUI, My fines were reduced from $3,700 to $1,500, my interlock was reduced from 18 months to possibly 6 months, and jail time was reduced from 45 days to 2 days.

These reviews aren’t lying!

In August of 2021 I got arrested for DUI. Not only was it my first time receiving any kind of ticket, but it was also my first time in trouble with the law. Aaron was the first attorney I came across and due to his reviews and after speaking to him on the phone I decided to have him represent me. Rig...ht off the bat Aaron laid everything out for me about this process and what to expect in a way that was easy to understand. As stressful as it was trying to go about my day to day life while dealing with the consequences of a dui, I can only imagine how much more stressful it would’ve been without his help. Aaron was able to get my extreme dui brought down to a regular first offense dui which means my fines got cut in half, only one night in jail, and the option to get my interlock off after just six months with good driving. I highly recommend Aaron to anyone that finds themselves in this situation. The hype is definitely real.
