The best in the business!

I highly recommend Aaron and wish I retained a lawyer just in case I ever get pulled over for a DUI. I would have been better prepared and been able to consult with him when I had that "one phone call to make". But after getting arrested, I searched around and came across his profile. He is easily... reached by phone, email and text anytime during the day! I researched several lawyers before hiring Aaron. I knew that I did not want to hire a law firm and not know who my lawyer was going to be... so I hired Aaron and he's on my case 100% from start to finish. In regards to my DUI case, Aaron was able to fight my admin per se license suspension and it was dismissed. The cop didn't show, but without a lawyer I would have to accept the suspension. So that was a victory and it allowed my license to be active. On the court side, he helped me reach the best outcome possible. After the case was settled, I still had to deal with a list of to do's to get my driver's license back and fullfill MVD and court requirements. He still helped me 100% even though the case was done. More importantly, he knew by day 31 of my suspension, I am eligible to get my restricted license. When I went to the MVD, they said no it's a 3 month suspension which is absolutely a LIE! The staff at the MVD are incompetent and gave me a BS 10 minute explanation that was totally false. Long story short, Aaron said go to a 3rd party and the 3rd party was able to call it in and have it fixed. Without Aaron, I would have to wait another 2 months before getting my license back. This saved me a of of stress! Hiring Aaron is absolutely worth it especially if it's your first DUI. He will fight for you and he's a straight shooter. He won't feed you BS, he'll tell you honestly and not sugarcoat the truth. I have referred others to him. Hire him, you won't regret it.

Excellent outcome!

We highly recommend Aaron Black as an attorney for a DUI case. We interviewed several attorneys to represent my husband in his DUI case and selected Aaron due to his excellent understanding of the law regarding DUIs, his record for having successful outcomes of the vast majority of his cases and his ...flat price for a simple DUI. Aaron was able to get my husband’s DUI reduced to a reckless driving misdemeanor, eliminating, any jail time, ignition interlock and a much lower fine. He was able to do this by finding issues with the consent to draw blood after an accident after watching hours of bodycam footage. Aaron always kept us updated during the process and provided us with all the information we needed to present the best case. On top of all that Aaron is very personable and well-spoken and truly cares to achieve the best outcome for his clients as possible.

I'm Extremely Impressed! Super Extreme DUI - Actual Physical Control Case

If you’re reading this review it’s likely that you’re looking for a Defense Attorney, but you have no idea where to start or who to trust. I didn’t either 9 months ago when I found myself in trouble. That said, I have to share my experience with Aaron Black and let everyone know what an impressive, h...ard-working, and amazing attorney he is, and hopefully help someone else find the same help that he provided to me. In February after missing my flight home, I killed some time with more spirits than I intended to drink and I was unable to drive. Fearing a DUI, I took shelter in my rental car, turned off the engine, and took a nap. I was later awoken by a Tempe Police Officer who informed me that my family had requested a welfare check when they couldn’t get ahold of me. The officer found me wrapped in a blanket, reclined and sleeping in the driver’s seat with the engine off, shoes off, & the car key was buried under some stuff on the passenger seat. However, because the key was within reach & because there was a bottle of vodka next to me, I was arrested under suspicion of DUI and was facing a Super Extreme DUI. After flying home, I called the number listed on Aaron’s website on a Sunday evening at 9pm. I was expecting an answering service to pick up, but it was Aaron who answered. He dropped what he was doing, and over the course of our 30-minute conversation, a feeling of peace surrounded me that I hadn’t felt since before my arrest and I just knew that he was the ONLY attorney I wanted representing me. After looking over my case and evidence, Aaron told me that I had a really good Actual Physical Control case; but he also made sure to be 100% transparent and honest with me about what could happen, making sure I didn’t get my hopes up in case things didn’t go my way, which I very much appreciated. The prosecutor later offered me a plea deal to drop the charge from a DUI down to reckless driving, but I chose to turn it down and take my case to trial with an 11/20 court date. With 6 weeks remaining until my trial, Aaron took a chance and filed a Motion to Suppress Evidence based on Lack of Probable Cause & violations of the 4th, 5th, & 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, and with no evidence there was essentially no case. Much to my relief, the judge ruled in our favor and the state moved to dismiss my charges. I realize that dismissals can be rare, but even if a dismissal wasn’t possible in my case I know that Aaron did everything he could for me and no one else would have worked as hard for me as he did. I don’t think I have ever been more scared in my life, but Aaron made the 9 months between my DUI arrest and the dismissal not only bearable, but most days I didn’t even think about my case. From day 1, he had my best interests in mind and I never felt pressured by him to make a decision one way or the other. He always made me feel like I was his #1 priority, and he was extremely prompt and responsive. He is also very reasonably priced, and sometimes I feel like I paid too little for the amount of work he put into my case. No one will work harder for you than Aaron Black will. I can tell that he absolutely LOVES what he does for a living, & anyone he represents is extremely lucky to have him on their side.

Outstanding, Efficient and Effective

Aaron is an outstanding, personable, prompt and very effective attorney. We did not realize the magnitude of our situation until the day before our hearing. Fortunately, we were referred to Aaron for help. He responded within 30 minutes to our message, explained the serious nature of the charges and ...agreed to take our case, despite his busy schedule. Within four business days, Aaron was able to get criminal traffic charges reduce to a civil traffic violation, with no criminal record or jail, and avoided a lengthy court/hearing process. The civil disposition greatly helped with our employment too. He kept us up to date throughout the process and we never had to follow up with him.
