she was very considerate and understanding with the things that were important to me. she communicated regularly with the opposing attorney to make sure all my needs were being heard. she was fair and transparent with what she felt she could do for me and helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. she cared. I couldn't have chosen a more honest, committed, trustworthy and straight forward attorney to represent me in a very intense custody/divorce battle where the children and I resided out of state (on the other side of the country) and the case resided in Arizona. I came to Falynn in the middle of a custody battle, where I had hired another attorney first. That attorney was not a good fit, which resulted in me finding my saving grace - Falynn! From the moment I hired Falynn, she was there from start to finish (and even after)! Falynn genuinely cared about what was in my children's best interest. She was excellent with communication and responsive to all my questions and concerns, including in urgent situations outside of working hours. Her professionalism and demeanor are unassailable. She is definitely not an attorney for the money, as she is very reasonable and is courteous of your time. For anyone looking for assistance in the areas of family law and custody issues, you would be hard-pressed to find a more compassionate and caring attorney. Falynn goes above and beyond and is a hard-working, diligent attorney! The only thing I would had changed through my entire custody battle, would have been finding Falynn first! I'd never use another attorney in Arizona. I am pleased with how she handled my case and the outcome. I could not have gotten better results, as my children are safe and in my care! My case was a little outside of the norm and went longer than expected and she fought for me through it all.

Falynn was a true asset to my team during family court. Her retainer was more than reasonable and she also had a monthly contribution you can do which is truly unheard of when you’re looking for a good lawyer. She was able to put in documents to the judge to allow the judge to make decisions before going to pretrial. Once we were at pretrial, she gave the judge a very detailed timeline to bring the judge up to speed. She was able to get the judge to approve a few things the opposing counsel had to do prior to the trial. She even got the opposing counsel to agree to signing a consent for their medical records which was huge. Once we were getting ready to go to trial, she was able to get the opposing counsel to settle outside of court and I got everything I wanted. If it wasn’t Falynn, I don’t think the outcome would have been so much in my favor. I’m very thankful for her team and how flexible she was with payments.

I contact attorney Baum regarding a rather complex custody situation. She offered advice, twice, without asking for reimbursement. That alone was a clear representation of her character. She clearly had the children’s best interest in mind which then led to us hiring her. The case is still pending, but she always brings 110% and I am confident in her abilities.

Falynn represented me in a child custody case. She was caring about my situation and made sure to explain everything. What could happen so I was aware. Although at times it took her a little while to get back to me, I was not her only client. Either Falynn or her amazing assistant Kellie got back to me, unless it was urgent then it was right away. Falynn is very knowledgeable about family law and is extremely nice and easy to get a long with. I would return as a client in the future if it was ever needed.
