My husband is home

I am so great full to Alcock & Associates. They had such a tough case with My husband. I really thought that we did not have a chance to win but Alicia Wheeler fought for him till the end and the outcome was a great success. I want to thank Nicholas Alcock for having such a wonderful team. Thank you ...all who helped make it possible for my husband to be home with his family.

Made me feel safe

My son got into trouble for the first time. I was very unaware of procedure as well as the law pertaining my sons situation, Nick made sure I knew the facts and was informed of how things work in the legal system and assured me every step of the way. Not only did he assure me things would be okay b...efore the case was started, but came through one hundred percent as promised, the very serious charges were dismissed due to a phone call made my Mr Alcock. I am forever grateful.

No charges filed!!

Had an auto accident where the Police drew blood from me and submitted the case to Maricopa county for charging. I met with him, he explained what charges could be brought against me, and sent a letter to the prosecutor explaining why I was not guilty. Also offered to have me appear at any grand jury... proceeding. It convinced them that they would have a big fight if they went forward. Result was they declined police request to charge.

Dissapointed

I regret pay this lawyers in full...They did not finish my case and my husband plea to the plea he was offerd without a lawyer.The only profecional staff he has is at the front office..Those ladys had manners compared to the rest of the staff..The paralegal was very rude and will get mad if i called ...with a question and lawyer never gave enough information about immigration,literaly said the opposite even thoe he has immigration lawywers in his office..non informative really hard to communucate with the lawyers will return the calls a week or so, after you call,and a 30min call can be up to $350...Super dissapointed....

HUGE MISTAKE!!!

If you plan on signing to the very first plea that's offered, no matter how unfair it may be, then you should be fine with nick alcock. But if you want an attorney to fight for you and do what it takes to get you a good or even a fair plea, then nick is not what you want! Having him as my lawyer was ...a huge mistake!
