We met with a few other before finding Delia. Some did not want to take my husbands immigration case because it was an impossible case. Another lawyer we had hired, and fired, because she lied and made his case worse. When we had the consultation with Delia, I was immediately impressed. She said the case was going to be hard, but here we are 4 years later and very happy with out outcome so far. I recommend Delia and her partners to everybody in need of an immigration consultant!

I recommend this group of lawyers they did a great job in my case, I had a deportation order and they defended my case so I could stay in this country with my two kids. I am very happy because they take the time to thoroughly review the case golly and fight to do the best for their clients. Delia is a great lawyer and a great human being. Thanks Salvatierra Law Group.

My wife and I wanted to take a moment and let people know what a great job the Salvatierra Law Group did for our daughter-in-law. Our daughter-in-law is a "Dreamer" who was brought to the U.S. by her parents at a young age. Delia and her staff helped her get her deferment and eventually permanent residency. Delia and her staff are very caring people who are knowledgeable, professional, and will take the time to answer questions and explain every part of the process. They were great in the courtroom and seemed to be able to get great repoire with the various judges and attorneys they worked with. If you are looking for a lawyer who really seems to care about their clients we would recommend you contact them.

I happily recommend Ms Salvatierra because she handled my family's immigration case so well that I am convinced of her expertise. She is also an excellent, polite, considerate, sympathetic and nice human being. My family's case was full of challenges. We retained her services in 2013 to bring my wife, daughter and two sons to US as the family of US resident (Green Card holder). My daughter was close to be age barred but we consider ourselves so lucky that on a friend's recommendation we chose her. We are so satisfied and delighted that she very sympathetically guided us through each step. We signed all documents that she provided us and returned in shortest possible time and she processed everything faster than we could think. She was always accessible and read at least 100 emails that I wrote to her, attended to every single detail, spoke with me more than 25 times, always heard me and my concerns/fears sympathetically. She solved all problems related to our case without failing and worked closely with us like a family member. She is an outstanding leader, she employed her team highly effectively and I found her team motivated to help us without exception. She worked for us for over two years and she was always considerate and helpful. before our final interview she held a teleconference with my family and explained all probable questions and recommended answers, devised strategy and even gave us appropriate words. And yes she is very influential knowing when to use which reference - at one stage when immigration office was not attending our need she approached a senator to expedite our case. All my family members have the immigrant visa now just because she handled our case exhibiting her expertise and experience. One more thing I would like to add that in terms of her fee she is highly considerate as she always gave her discounts making her reasonable fee even affordable. My family likes her a lot and consider her like a family member. I have high recommendations for simple and complicated immigration cases. Whenever any of my family or friends need a lawyer I would happily and confidently recommend her name. We wish her success and God's blessing

I was with a different lawyer at the time when my petition was denied due to the Adam Walsh Act. The only way to reverse this denial is to get a "waiver". These "waivers" are very, very difficult to get. Knowing I was facing a uphill battle I hired Ms. Salvatierra to take over my case. From the very beginning her team was meticulous and dedicated to my case. You can tell that Ms Salvatierra and her team truly care about their clients. Thanks to all their hard work my petition (waiver) was approved last week. I highly recommend her services to anyone. They are the best!

Mrs. Salvatierra has been an exceptional lawyer in regards to my husband's immigration case. She has exceeded my expectations and gone over and beyond anything I have ever requested from her. The response time is without a doubt exceptional, this is something I value greatly. She truly understands the immigration process, is incredibly knowledgeable, and dedicated to her career. I had a previous lawyer and even from my first consultation with Mrs. Salvatierra, I noticed the difference in attitude, knowledge, and expertise. Our previous lawyer of 4 years pretty much "dumped" our case when we came across barriers (mostly due to his lack of preparation and neglect ). He even sent us a certified letter to not contact his firm! Needless to say I was devestated and fearful to hire another lawyer. I'm happy to say I have had the best service from Mrs. Salvatierra!! She has done everything from calling me on weekends to go over our case to just calling me to see how we are holding up. I couldn't even get my previous lawyer to sit in the same room as me, much less answer an email. All though the process has been a struggle and a heartache for my family, Mrs. Salvatierra has done everything to make the process as easy as possible. Mrs. Salvatierra is honest, reliable, caring, and most importantly passionate about helping people. I would highly recommend her law firm.

We were so lucky to meet Dr Salvatierra when she worked with Burns Office and hired her in our asylum case. She is kind, smart and bilingual English Spanish speaker. She is extra detail oriented and hard worker. Always available to answer our questions. She was able to found the best experts to support our case and when needed, she appealed government injustice and at the end we won!!!

Mrs Salvatierra assisted me with my wife's citizenship application. USCIS was denying the application and Mrs Salvatierra went above and beyond her duties in assisting me. We had to appeal the decision and the case took about a year and a half, but in the end Mrs Salvatierra was able to prevail. She put the reputation of her firm on the line in challenging the immigration department. She treated us like familly and fought for this case like it was personal. I do not think that anyone could have performed better. I would highly recommend her services to anyone experiencing difficulties with USCIS. If you want further details of the case and her performance.

I contacted her because my nephew was in the Eloy detention center and I live out of state and did not know what to do. I contacted a friend who is a immigration lawyer but it was very expensive to hire him. He recommended me Delia Salvatierra because she has great reviews according to the boards of lawyers. I recommend her highly for legal help; she and her group of lawyer are honest, keep you updated with the case and trustworthy. Thank you Delia and her group for all your help you gave us. Now my nephew is here with us and we are very happy. The nightmare of having a family member deteined is horrible.

Lawyer Delia Salvatierra is very knowledgeable and keeps herself up to date with the latest immigration laws. This allows for excellent help and benefits to her clients since she always looks for any opportunities to help immigrant families to stay together. My family appreciate her honesty. If she knows your case is risky or does not meet the requirements, she will tell you up front. This lawyer will not take your money unless she knows she will be able to benefit the client with her services. Delia explains difficult law terms in a way that is easy to understand, being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
