Best in the business!

Do yourself a favor and Hire Brian

I was charged with Super Extreme DUI w/ prior Extreme DUI. Brian was able to drop it down to just Extreme DUI which resulted in 30days incarceration. Brian was even able to set my incarceration date almost two whole months out after my plea which gave me time to save up for my family and my bills whi...le going away. Brian was very affordable and worked with me on payments. He made me feel like I had hope. He saved me from losing family, my job and many assets. My family and I are extremely grateful for Brian Sloan and definitely recommend him!

Seamless process with Brian!

I was referred over to Brian immediately after receiving a DUI and the rest was all taken care of. He provided comfort and understanding that this didn’t define me who I was as a person. He followed up with me consistently throughout the months and even if I felt like a question was too “ dumb” or ...“ stupid” , I was given a clear answer within 24 hours. Working with me on payment plans was also a bonus and gave options as to what he has seen and what he would do. Needless to say, this experience woke me up but also Brian knew what he was doing and laid out ALL the options in depth. When meeting him at court, he was friendly and stayed with me until the end. I highly recommend Brian if you ever get into a situation like this because he clearly has the references and credibility behind him while also being personable. The best decision I ever made after being charged with a DUI was hiring Attorney Brian D. Sloan to represent me for my DUI case. A few months ago I found myself in a pickle wondering how I got myself here. A DUI is something I did not need on my record especially as an immigrant seeking employment op...portunities. I said my prayers and decided to go with attorney Brian D. Sloan. He was blunt from the start and explained all the possibilities and what I was facing. His attorney fees are way better than anyone in town and he was understanding when setting up payment plans. He kept me updated on all court appearances. Moreover, he represented me at the Motor Vehicle Division and made sure my driving status was in good standing. Brian far exceeded my expectations in his representation. I moved to a different state and he continually communicated all court updates. Brian arranged the best plea agreement for me in a very tough court in Arizona. Highly Recommend Brian D Sloan

My son, a minor at the time, collided with a parked car, after consuming alcohol. This was a first offense for him, but because of his blood alcohol level he faced a lot of days in jail, large fines, an interlock device and counseling. Because he was just 3 months away from turning 18, the City defer...red his charge until he turned 18. Seven months after the incident, the City officially charged him with five separate offences. When this incident first occurred, we knew we needed to retain an attorney. My employer offered a legal assistance program, but after separate conversations with their attorney and Brian Sloan, it was clear that Brian was the attorney we needed on our side. From the beginning, Brian listened, answered questions and did not pull any punches in telling us what to expect. He also offered us an amazing payment plan that allowed us to secure his services, while also providing us with time to payout his retainer fee. Once the charges were officially filed, Brian immediately sprang into action. Unfortunately, my son was facing the worst of both worlds, that of a minor (at the time of the incident) and that of an adult under 21 years of age (at the time the charges were filed). Brian reviewed my son’s case in detail and gave him an honest assessment of his options, etc. Brian was extremely responsive to emails and texts, during this entire process. My Husband and I spent a lot of time in prayer for our son and for his attorney. Brian was able to get the DUI charge reduced and all other charges dismissed. Our son’s incarceration was reduced to just a few days of jail and home detention. In addition, his overall fines were decreased, while the interlock device and counseling requirements remained. I feel that having Brian’s representation truly made a difference in this situation. I believe that God truly used him to stand in the gap for our son. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brian to anyone facing a similar situation.
