BEST DUI ATTORNEY IN ARIZONA!

We all make mistakes. Brian Sloan helped me during one of the lowest points in my life. Back in June 2022, I was charged with DUI, speeding greater than 20 miles over the posted limit and failure to maintain a single lane of travel. Brian calmed my fears by thoroughly explaining the legal process,... items to complete proactively for the court, finger printing requirements, how to handle AZ drivers license suspension and reinstatement, and all other issues to expect along the way. Brian is respectful, professional, timely and attentive. Most importantly he helped restore my dignity and gave me peace of mind. Brian’s pricing for attorney fees is very competitive, in my opinion far less than what should be charged for the high-level services he provides. Every legal situation will have a different end result because there are so many variables involved. Brian is a DUI expert. Brian Sloan

Brian is a great lawyer who knows the law and how the court works. In my case he helped me deal with complicated matters being I was not a resident of Arizona and had an out of state license. I was facing an extreme DUI charge but Brian was able get all my charges dismissed (extremely rare) except ...a minor traffic violation which I had to pay no fine for. Brian was extremely helpful and answered all my questions during a really tough time for me. I recommend his services to anyone with a DUI charge and can not thank him enough for what he did for me.

Best choice you'll make!

I found myself in a world of trouble with a criminal speeding ticket and a DUI (.084). I called around and made appointments with a few other lawyers. DUI Case

I’ve never thought, despite me being very disappointed in my actions and numerous days of stress - my experience with Brian D. Sloan representing me as my lawyer has ever gone so smoothly. He was always there to answer questions whenever I would become super anxious as to what kind of consequences I ...would come across moving forward with my life. I always got a firm and direct response from him, and just in that, I trusted and knew he knew he cared for his clients - in a very professional manner. He got a plea agreement for my case and lowered my charge down to Reckless Driving with no jail time and no license suspension, just fees. I was very lucky and blessed to have stumbled upon his page on a last minute Google search before working with any other lawyers I inquired for. A very rightly intuitive decision to have connected with him. I am very satisfied with the result and have learned a life lesson having gone through this process. Thanks again, Brian. Great job

I interviewed (3) different lawyers for my case and I selected Brian due to his his analytical nature. My case: IL resident vacationing in AZ. Pulled over in Chandler on 12/30/16 for traffic violation and the cop noticed alcohol order coming from car due to (4) people just coming from a mexica...n cantina (aka hawking). I refused the field/chemical testing and was arrested . They obtained a search warrant to draw blood and which was .03 . Anyways, Brian got my DUI dropped since my BAC was .03, along with one of the traffic offenses . I only had to do a online defensive driving course. Though the criminal charges were dropped, there still was the mandatory 1-year suspension from ADOT for the Refusal of Implied Consent. We requested a hearing to contest the suspension and the rotten cop, continued the case (4) times which delayed the hearing by 2 months. During the hearing, the judge didn't consider the low .03 BAC and ruled in favor of the state (of course).. Due my negligence of Implied Consent , had my license suspended for a year.. Hindsight , I should've just taken the test. Refusal of the BAC test is WORSE than a DUI because you are automatically suspended for a year, regardless of your BAC level. You better off to roll dice on the BAC. Brian did a great job and kept me fully informed throughout the process.. Highly recommended..
