Great lawyer

After recieving an extreme DUI, I searched and searched for attorneys. They’re were some that we’re really expensive and overly aggressive with their approaches. When I gave Brian a call, we met up, and he gave me a realistic plea deal he could accommodate for me without an overpriced fee. He also al...lowed me to do a payment plan to help me more financially. During the process, he always kept me updated and made sure I was on top of things. As my court date approached, He amazingly was able to arrange a great plea deal one that would bring the extreme DUI down to a regular DUI, Only serve one day in jail, and reduce my fines significantly! Even though there were a few hiccups with my fines on the courts behalf. Brian contacted the court and brought down my fines to the exact amount as stated in the plea agreement. I’m very happy and grateful with the outcome of my case. I’m glad I chose Brian as my attorney! Thank you Brian!

Highly Recommendation!

Attorney Sloan is highly recommended for those who need an honest upfront assessment of your case, want to save the hassles of being misled by tons of other expensive lawyers in the city and most importantly, reduce the conviction to the minimum degree after a well-thought out negotiation/plea deal a...rrangement with the prosecution. I can't thank him enough for arranging a plea agreement for me and was able to convince the prosecutor to resolve my 2nd time DUI offense case to a 1st Time DUI offense. This gave me a tremendous relief not only monetarily, but also extremely reduced jail time to one day with a couple of days of home detention, that could have been other-wise more than a month in a regular conviction, with hefty fines. Attorney Sloan was very diligent throughout the entire process and very responsive each time, within a few minutes over the text if he was not tied up in the court. Very patience while explaining/weighing out all the pros and cons for me. His affordable flat fee model, with installment options was such a relief! His advice of finishing up some classes and counseling formalities well ahead of time showed such a good faith in the court and also it helped me get them out of the way before the actual conviction. Such a well-thought out usage of time while I was still going through the court hearings. Very hands off approach as he attended all the hearings without me going to the court, except for the final one. When I read some of his testimonials prior to hiring him, I was a bit skeptical myself but his services attested to each and every positive testimonial! Review

I can truly say hiring Brian Sloan as my DUI offense attorney was the best decision. Before hiring him I had read numerous reviews and had numerous free consultations. The thing that stood out to me about Sloan was that he was honest upfront regarding my situation, didn’t sugar coat anything, and t...old me what he would be able to do for me, but did not make any promises as a good lawyer would do. My situation was difficult because I am not from the state of Arizona and was also concerned about my DUI escalating to an extreme DUI. Sloan made sure to handle all of my court hearings without me having to be present, except for the final one, which was my ultimate decision to come down in order to make everything more smooth. He also kept my DUI at a regular DUI, which was one of my major concerns. In my situation I did not expect to get rid of my DUI, but I am glad that Sloan was there to keep punishments to a minimal, and was happy with the outcome for this type of situation. I also am having to deal with a civil matter and Sloan has agreed to represent me in that as well without extra charge, which I greatly appreciate. It was a pleasure working with Brian Sloan. If you want an attorney that you can trust, is reliable/knowledgeable, and affordable I highly recommend Brian Sloan.

Best Decision Ever!

I had never been in trouble before, let alone ever had a ticket, and when I was arrested for a DUI, I had no idea what to do. I was recommended to another attorney that merely took thousands of my dollars and did not speak to me for one month, due to the overwhelming amount of stress due to their lac...k of communication I fired them. I then went to Brian Sloan, the person I should have went to to begin with. Not only did Brian answer all of my concerns and questions, he calmed me down for the first time where I could breath in a month. Brian is extremely professional, direct, his communication is outstanding. He is patient and answered all of my questions, even the ones that he might at this point in his career feel are irrelevant. To me this was of utmost importance as I needed someone to be there for me that I could trust that I felt was on my side. Not only did Brian assist me and walk me through the process entirely, he was also a fraction of the cost, which helped me out a lot. From the first meeting, he did not make me any promises, he did however, give me a rough idea of what I was looking at and in the end I came out even better than expected. I would highly recommend Brian to help you through a DUI case. Getting a DUI is never a good thing, but who you choose to help you through the bad can make the difference of bad to better which is better than worse. Thank you Brian!
