Exceptional Attorney!!

Brian is an intelligent and excellent attorney He is very knowledgeable about DUI law in Arizona, and his experiences shows in the courtroom. I live in Colorado, and he made this stressful process easier to complete. Brian was able to get me a great plea deal and worked relentlessly to get my plea... reduced to the minimum requirements. He was able to get the court to allow me to complete all of my plea deal requirements in my home state. Brian helped me with the MVD process as well. I feel Brian did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him to anyone facing DUI charges in Arizona.

Best DUI Counsel, Highly Recommend

After getting a DUI and being terrified and not sure what to do I consulted several attorneys. Truly the Best DUI/DWI Defense Attorney

My Recent Run In With The Law

Brian Sloan is a DUI Specialist!

Back in September of 2016, I was pulled over for DUI. My BAC was .105 at the scene and .085 at the police station. I was really worried for all of the charges that I was told I’d face, until I met with Brian. He was able to dismiss my DUI charges and instead I plead guilty to Reckless Driving, which ...was a significantly better outcome.
