Truly the Best DUI/DWI Defense Attorney

Hiring Brian was one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. He literally took care of everything, without me even having to show up to the hearing. From our initial meeting, he has always been kind, communicative, receptive and honest. He is extremely intelligent and has mastered his profession.... All of the charges were dismissed thanks to Brian. I am so unbelievably grateful for his expertise.

DUI

This guy went to bat for me right away! Being a high profile athlete Sloan took on my case right away and told me the truth day one. I got no special treatment I got Sloan, which is how he treats every client with fairness and positive fight for my rights. My case was so difficult with so much resear...ch to be done, Sloan text and answered every single call. I have never had anyone be this available and be so great at their job! Not only did my case get dropped to a WD but all suspected charges were removed from my record!! I couldn't thank this man enough... He is the best in his practice area!! DUI Case

I’ve never thought, despite me being very disappointed in my actions and numerous days of stress - my experience with Brian D. Sloan representing me as my lawyer has ever gone so smoothly. He was always there to answer questions whenever I would become super anxious as to what kind of consequences I ...would come across moving forward with my life. I always got a firm and direct response from him, and just in that, I trusted and knew he knew he cared for his clients - in a very professional manner. He got a plea agreement for my case and lowered my charge down to Reckless Driving with no jail time and no license suspension, just fees. I was very lucky and blessed to have stumbled upon his page on a last minute Google search before working with any other lawyers I inquired for. A very rightly intuitive decision to have connected with him. I am very satisfied with the result and have learned a life lesson having gone through this process. Thanks again, Brian. Best Lawyer In The State of Az

Brian was the best thing that ever happened to me regarding my DUI Case. I had prescription medication, and alcohol in my blood when I was arrested for driving under the influence, and I was terrified, and scared heartless after, but Brian changed it all. When I had first met Brian, he was a calming ...individual, and assured that he would do the best that he could to his ability to assure the best outcome to my case. I am so grateful for how he hard he worked for on my case. He wrote a 15 page opinionated response on all the details regarding my case, and allowed me sufficient time to go through it all, and evaluate what would be best for me. I spent so much time reading through it all, and finally accepted and realized the plea agreement was the best option for me. Brian was always there, every second or minute of the day to take time and respond to my texts, or phone calls. He was truly an innovative, and honest lawyer who reached out for the best of my interests. I will never forget my experience with Brian, and I hope you truly consider him as your lawyer because there are far too few like him.

Attorney Experience

On the early morning of October 2, 2015, I made a really bad choice to drive under the influence of alcohol, but in this case, I was the victim. I ended up getting rear ended by another drunk driver. We both got process for super extreme DUIs. Being new to this process in AZ, I didn't know what to ex...pect. I was scared that I would lose my job, go to jail for a long period of time, etc. After consulting with several attorneys, I finally ended up going with Brian. I have now realized that this was the best decision I could have ever made. Since day one, he was very honest with me, was always available for advice, or to guide me through the process, and always kept me informed. The process was fairly quick, and I never had to attend the court date until last one in which I took a plea agreement and was sentenced. The charges were moved from super extreme to just an extreme. I was sentenced to 2 days in jail, which is exactly what he advised me since day one. If you are sentenced to jail time, make sure that you follow his recommendation on what day and time to turn yourself in. The jail trick works if you do it right, and I ended up serving my 2 days within 7 hours. No need to do it any other way and spend unnecessary time in jail. I never hope to be in this situation again, but if I or anyone else needs legal services, I would definitely recommend Brian Sloan.
