So Thankful

Words cannot express what Attorney Brian Sloan has done for me in a very complicated and seemingly hopeless case. I was facing the harshest sentence for a misdemeanor, 6 months in jail for a second time super extreme DUI. I was up against multiple serious charges and was scared to death. First off, B...rian was completely hands on from start to finish. He was available 24/7 and was always there to answer questions and concerns within the hour, no exception. Additionally, he handled all issues with the MVD and the court, allowing me to live my life in the interim without worry. When the day finally came for my sentencing, Brian was able to plea it down to a first offense with a very light sentence and for that I am forever grateful. If you are facing a DUI, Attorney Brian Sloan is an expert. Choose him and know that you are in the best hands.

Review

I can truly say hiring Brian Sloan as my DUI offense attorney was the best decision. Before hiring him I had read numerous reviews and had numerous free consultations. The thing that stood out to me about Sloan was that he was honest upfront regarding my situation, didn’t sugar coat anything, and t...old me what he would be able to do for me, but did not make any promises as a good lawyer would do. My situation was difficult because I am not from the state of Arizona and was also concerned about my DUI escalating to an extreme DUI. Sloan made sure to handle all of my court hearings without me having to be present, except for the final one, which was my ultimate decision to come down in order to make everything more smooth. He also kept my DUI at a regular DUI, which was one of my major concerns. In my situation I did not expect to get rid of my DUI, but I am glad that Sloan was there to keep punishments to a minimal, and was happy with the outcome for this type of situation. I also am having to deal with a civil matter and Sloan has agreed to represent me in that as well without extra charge, which I greatly appreciate. It was a pleasure working with Brian Sloan. If you want an attorney that you can trust, is reliable/knowledgeable, and affordable I highly recommend Brian Sloan.

Affordable & Professional

Attorney Brian D. Sloan was able to answer all my questions and doubts in full pertaining to my case. He was able to reassure me of the outcomes that were most likely to occur, and was able to get me the best deal possible as compared to others who went with different attorneys. Realistic and Efficient

Look no further. Problem solved.

I was picked up on a 2nd DUI offense that fell within the seven year time frame. Pretty serious charge. Looked at several lawyers, and there was only one that I felt was good enough. I was right. Brian Sloan is an expert in the field. He isn't going to make promises, he tells you like it is, but can ...put you at ease. I never needed to attend court except the last date. His mastery of negotiating got the charge dropped to a first offense. This was in a jurisdiction where something like that is almost impossible. Couldn't believe it at first. I'm very grateful for his hard work and dedication. Should you find yourself facing a DUI charge, just call Brian, and leave the rest to him. You really need not look any further. Definitely a 10 out of 10 ranking question. You won't be left in the dark. He responds to all texts, calls and emails. Hands down the best.
